they screw you by overcharging, make up repairs that don't need to be made, extort you for money, and make appointments on your behalf without even contacting you to 1.) confirm appt, and 2.) call to even schedule an appt. They just show up and then bill you. I will never use this company again. Unprofessional level 10.

UPDATE: to respond to owner, I did reach out. Nothing was accomplished. I got a refund of $95-ish for some other charge I didn't know about. I paid $200 for a pool cleaning and only got the water skimmed. Didn't even vacuum the bottom. Poor service all together. I also mentioned the pool was leaking, I was given an overpriced report to which none of the items listed were damaged.

Any problems we had, Billy and Hollie made sure any problems were taking care of. We highly recommend King Fish Pools for any future projects 🙌.

Adonis is excellent, dependable and courteous. He services our pool weekly and it’s always in tiptop shape. The water is crystal clear. We had pool services before Kingfish who couldn’t make that happen.

From initial measurement and excavation through pool fill was three weeks and the pool and surrounding areas are gorgeous. The workmanship is outstanding. Thank you Kingfish Pools, you are the best!!!

From start to finish Kingfish Pools was efficient and reliable. The owner Billy has great communication and follows up quickly. At the end of the job he came out and put us through Pool School and went over and above to make sure all our equipment was working properly and explained how it all ran. As an older person, I needed someone to help with pool maintenance and I hit the jackpot when I hired kingfish pools. They are reliable, on time every time and do the job right for a reasonable fee! My pool has never looked more beautiful and I cannot say enough good things about Ross who maintains our pool weekly. Ross is polite, enthusiastic about his work and completes everything needed, always addressing any issues of which I must be aware and finding a solution to the problem. Be aware , over priced , if you are older they will take advantage of you . $450 for a motor replacement? 200 for cartridge cleaning ? 200 to diagnose the equipment that only take 5 min ?
500 a month to clean your pool ? This company is one big scam . If you get a pool built by them they will give you the run around when it come
Time for warranty work . I know several ppl who is still waiting on warranty from new built pools and plaster work . Also plaster is sub contracted , you will be charge a hefty price getting plaster work from them , same as leak detection .

We had a great experience with Kingfish Pools. I had several companies out for quotes but I found KP to be the most comprehensive, there were no surprises. A few of the things that impressed me;
- they connected the pool to my backyard drainage so it doesn’t overflow.
- there is an automatic fill valve if the water gets low.
- the hot tub heats up very quickly.
-the design is fantastic and we’re very happy with the materials used.

If Billy wasn’t the owner I would’ve tried to hire him for my company. From the very beginning his calm and knowledgeable demeanor put me right at ease. He stayed in constant contact throughout the entire project. Our pool, pond, and entire backyard turf were all completed in 6 weeks from the day construction began. You get what you pay for with Kingfish Pools. Y'all know the saying…Good work is not cheap. Cheap work is not good. Kingfish did amazing work for the price they quoted and within the timeframe they promised.

We had a roof leak at our home in Avondale on the West Bank, and Disaster Masterz showed up fast. From the first call, they were professional, calm, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled the water mitigation and structural drying quickly and explained every step of the process.

What really stood out was how organized they were. They brought in professional extraction equipment, set up air movers and dehumidifiers, and made sure moisture levels were properly monitored before closing anything up. They also helped us understand what to expect with insurance, which took a lot of stress off our plate.

Paul and his crew are great. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and showed me before and after pictures of the inside of my ducts and A/C system. When the duct cleaning was done, they cleaned up and vacuumed. Fantastic job!
