We love our pool! Billy, Hollie and all the crews were great. From picking out pool colors and have a wonderfully designed pool by Hollie everything was pretty smooth. The crews doing all the labor work so hard and are very respectful. They worked so hard in all the heat this summer to get us our pool completed on time. I would highly recommend Billy and his team. Billy has a lot of experience in pool design, building and maintenance. Thank you so much for a wonderful oasis of a backyard. Best pool company in New Orleans!

Kingfish Pools has been great. My wife and I needed a Team to implement a landscaping project. Hollie and her team have been wonderful to work with and very professional.

Had a pool built by Kingfish nearly four years ago and serviced by Kingfish since. I recommended to a few friends back then. Sadly, I can no longer recommend. Employees have been lazy, don’t bother calling to schedule or reschedule, etc. They didn’t clean my pool AT ALL for a month until I complained, even then they sent someone else on the regular schedule leaving me to figure out for the week in between.

I finally let Kingfish go recently after I complained about my salt cell blinking for three weeks straight. When I called to complain about poor service the owner came to my house and told me, "it's hard to find good help", then how to fix the pool, all the stains etc. caused by lack of attention and poorly trained techs, and then left fully understanding his failure to even offer to make it right is why he lost a customer.

In short, they did a good job building four years ago but haven't done well with regards to maintenance or customer service over the last 18 months or so. I hope they figure it out.

The customer experience with Kingfish has been terrible. We inherited a home with their pool, and from the start there were issues when we found the wrong pipes were used under the house when the pool was installed. They fixed that but then gave us constantly bad service when we have had issues with the pool water, pump, and even just the orientation on how to use the equipment. They will charge you for doing nothing. Diagnostics with no resolution, and when you complain that you don't want to pay when NOTHING was done to fix the actual problem, they blame you. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend.

King fish always provides exceptional service and keeps my pool looking nearly perfect. They also just recently replaced my pool pump at a very reasonable price compared to the other companies I got pricing from. A+++

this company sent me a quote for upgrades on my equipment , after doing some research , they are charging double on prices for parts and labor, on top of that , they charge me 200 just to come look at my equipment. Check pricing before going thru with there quotes: do not get scam by them

When I first hired the company in 2021, they were solid. Over the years, their service became terribl including: 1) charging me $190 for a job that took less than 5 minutes bc I did not know how to do it myself at the time; 2) sending a technician for over a month who broke part of my pool (which the company never paid to fix) and charged me near $1,000 in unneeded chemicals (again which was never repaid) due to his incompetence; 3) just quit showing up in June this year until my pool became the green unswimmable mess pictured here. I had to pay $750 to hire a responsible, worthwhile company to fix. Then the company had the gall to send me a bill for the visits they skipped in June. I cannot recommend you take your business somewhere else more highly.

11/26/25 at approximately 6:15 P.M. approaching the Carrollton/ Airline exit, license plate No. Z397793 was following behind another King Fish vehicle when both trucks flew over from the far most left lane to the exit lane nearly running a coworker and myself off the ROAD! The dangerously high-level of aggressive and ignorant driving is extremely alarming. If you are ever near a King Fish vehicle please for the love of god be on guard!

Kingfish has kept our heated, salt water pool clean for over 4 years. The employees are friendly and even get along with our big dogs. Highly recommend!
