Working with Sean Gray and his team has been a pleasure. The staff are very knowledgeable and willing to insure clean up was done safe and correct. All questions were answered along the way and communication was exceptional. I would certainly recommend Sean and his team.

ServPro, especially Tristan, Jordan, Tramone, Letitcia, and Christine, were very professional, extremely helpful, and took the time to explain the process and what they learned as the remediation went on and how they would address certain challenges. Everyone from Servpro were obviously very well trained and capable, and worked quickly.
Equally important for us, they recognized we were a little upset since this is our second forced remodeling due to a water leak in three years and they were very reassuring and empathetic. While you never hope to have to use the services of a remediation company, if I ever do need to again, it'll be ServPro everytime.

Ryan O and Jose Cruz came to do the work at my house. I cannot say enough about them. The were very polite and worked very fast! They cleaned everything up when finished! I must say this is a wonderful company. Keep up the great work you do.

We had a heavy rain that ended up getting water into many rooms/ offices. Servpro came right out without hesitation and got the water up and loaded in fans and dehumidifiers. Daily check ins and communication with the staff was really appreciated and they came and picked up when the job was done. Great service.

I had a pipe burst in my bathroom, ruining my floors and walls. Kacey was my project manager and I couldn't be more thankful for her. She entered my home and not only knew exactly what needed to be done, but also found asbestos under the carpet in my home. Without her and her expert knowledge, I would have never known that was even there! Then Ida hit weeks after my pipe broke and I had roof damage and ceiling damage. They then found asbestos in my ceilings too. Kacey worked with my insurance company to have it all taken care of. Janice was the lead person who came and packed up my entire home! That is a scary concept, to have everything removed from your home by someone else BUT Janice and her team made me feel totally comfortable as if they were packing their own homes! I couldn't be happier with the friendly professional services I've been provided with by this company! This has been a difficult time and they have been nothing other than helpful!

Following Hurricane Ida, our family partnered with the Serv Pro family; utilizing the complete ‘umbrella’ of services offered following a natural disaster. A component of this large rebuild project was the Pack Out/Pack Back. Many times it is those aspects of a project you take for granted that can cause the greatest headaches. However, I did want to take a moment to recognize Christina Billiot & her team for their impeccable handling of our home’s contents. But it was not just the care taken in handling our pieces, but the professionalism in which both sides of this puzzle were managed. While we had numerous distractions in our life at that time, Christina facilitated a smooth experience.

A Tulane University building damaged by both fire and flooding of over 8 floors was remediated and restored by ServePro. My personal experience was working with Project Manager Christine Billiot. As part of a healthcare facility, the management and destruction of over 500 boxes containing private Information was required. Under Christine’s direction, the ServPro staff worked carefully to ensure all sensitive documents were handled confidentially.
This process included multiple steps of identification, sorting, boxing, and coordination with secure transport.
Working with Ms. Billiot was my pleasure! Her constant communication, attention to detail, patience, and efficiency made a stressful situation about as good as it gets! The task was overwhelming, but the results a true relief thanks to excellent project management!

Servpro of Metaire responded within 1 hour on a Saturday night and worked for 3 hours to try to dry out the water from a leaking shower. Steven and his crew came by everyday for a week to check and make sure everything was drying out and removing damaged Sheetrock. They were very easy to work with and communicated everything along the way.

PS: I forgot to mention Abbey and crew were great staying late on a saturday night cleaning up the mess and helping babysit the kids! She deserves an nice lunch and margaritas for a job well done.

I had a dryer that caught fire in my garage. My insurance company recommend that I call SetvPro of Metairie to do fumigation and cleaning of garage.
When the representative and workers arrive they were ready to work. They moved items out that I did not want and clean garage, ducts in attic. When I returned home that day, I could not believe it. They did a wonderful job in cleaning garage and getting smoke out of it. A clean nice smell.
The workers returned the next day to clean vents and A/C unit in the house . The job was done well. I would recommend this company to my friends and others.
I am very grateful for the production crew chief, Kevin and production manager, Eric. They came and check on crew to make sure the job was done correct. A big thanks to all the workers that came and cleaned. Once again thanks for all the help.

After accidentally overflowing water onto wood floors, ServePro was called. It was my first time using them but had heard good things. Response time was great! Within an hour and a half of calling, Steven appeared at my doorstep with fans and dehumidifiers! He was professional and answered all of my questions. He checked on my floors daily and made appropriate adjustments until the moisture levels we back to normal. To be honest, at first, I was taken aback by the cost, but let me tell you...totally worth it!

StevenRay and Blake were the Technicians who performed the sanitizing services they were very professional and courteous. They were careful not to damage my doors when entering and exiting my home with ladders and other equipment needed to perform my services. Sealed the area off from the connecting bedroom and hall which lead to A/C return. Did not have any dust escape into living room from removal of molded Sheetrock and installation. Thanks for sending your “A Team” (Steven Ray and Blake) Jordan!

I had a small fire in my home and SERVPRO of Metairie took great care of me. Taylor helped me through the process of working with the insurance company to ensure that all work was covered that was necessary. The staff was courteous. They did a great job cleaning the house and all of the contents that had to be removed and cleaned was returned professionally packaged; they took great care not to damage any contents that were removed and cleaned. Tristan, Ryan and Steven were incredibly professional and always on time. Not only did they clean up what they were responsible for; but they also cleaned up behind one of the other companies doing work in my home. They were timely and courteous and have done a great job helping me throughout the remediation process.

My experience with the ServPro content team was amazing. We had a fire and every room in the house had fire, smoke or water damage. All contents had to be removed or discarded. And we had a LOT of stuff (way too much.) Contents Manager, Christina Billiot and her crew worked hard to separate contents, advise on what could and couldn't be salvaged, helped with our insurance claim and just made the whole process smoother. I've never experienced a fire before and it was pretty devastating. I felt so lost going thru the process and overwhelming sadness at the loss of some important memories and sentimental items. Christina and her team made the whole process better. I hope never to have to go thru something like this again, but if I did, I would call Servpro immediately.

This was the first time I had to use Servpro of Metairie and was NOT sorry that I picked them to do my cleanup. All of the Crews that came out were outstanding. Polite, caring and helpful, starting with Jordan, Ryan and Isaac who were my first contact. Amazing young men. The next crews that came out were Steve and Abby. Jordan checked on the job religiously and stopped by many times checking himself to see how how things were going. All I can say is, Management should be proud to have these crews representing the company.

Professional, punctual, and competent

I had a fire in my downstairs guest room on a Saturday night and I called Serv pro on Sunday afternoon and they were so helpful and reassuring as I didn’t know what to do. The smell of smoke was awful. They did all the remediation and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
