The crew was fast, professional, and the quality of work was outstanding. They took a lot of attention to detail. Painted 3 of our rooms and added wainscoting custom fabricated. They removed light fixtures and professionally covered all of our furniture. Definitely recommend.

From the moment we met CJ and Angel we knew we made the right choice to work with DuCar Construction. We bought a renovated double shotgun in MidCity and quickly realized it needed a lot of TLC. The team at DuCar has been open, honest, transparent, and sincerely decent human beings throughout each step of the process. Their prices are more than fair for the extreme attention to detail and care they put into their work. The entire scope of work to rehabilitate our front porch has been phenomenal. From the structural to the aesthetic they have left no stone unturned, and our house has had a major facelift that compels even total strangers to comment on when they walk by. They are prompt in answering questions and listened patiently to all our concerns. We have been blown away by their kind and approachable demeanors and will choose to work with them for all our future construction projects (which are many!!). Highly, highly recommend.

Our project was an extensive renovation of a 75-year-old shotgun double. The guys at DuCar saw the aesthetic potential in the original cypress siding and rafter tails that were hiding under ugly ‘70’s-vintage vinyl. Instead of encouraging us to cut corners, DuCar’s thorough approach uncovered and dealt with the inevitable “surprises” in such a project. We are very happy with the result — the process was enjoyable and we know that all the work was done the right way.

I recently experienced a house fire, Needless to say I was devastated. Eric and his crew, came in to aid me in picking up the pieces. While assuring me everything would be Ok. My mothers house caught on fire on a Saturday. I called Servepro that Monday. Tristan the mitigation manager arrived the day after I contacted Servepro. He arrived, scoped things out and explained what was going to happen next. His patience, warmth, and friendliness were very critical when communicating with a shocked, confused, and distressed family, which is expected after your home is destroyed. Over the days and weeks that followed, he continued communicating and responding to our constant questions and comments very well. The cleaning and mitigation process went as smoothly as it could have gone after complete fire and water damage. There was no way my family could have cleaned and mitigated as smoothly and as quickly as Tristan did with his team. We needed them. Everyone was professional, friendly, and hard working. The worker that stood out the most with the cleaning and sorting of contents stage was Leticia. It was incredibly helpful that she spoke Spanish because she was able to communicate directly with my mother who is not a native English speaker. She was relatable, friendly, and professional. Servepro truly displayed exceptional cleaning and mitigation work from start to finish. We are now in the renovation stage.

I experienced a pipe break in Wisconsin after a furnace malfunction following -51 degree windchill. Taylor did a great job explaining what needed to be done and to help us understand the process for extraction and next steps. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Our texts and calls were answered promptly and he keep us up to date on when he was coming and going from the property. It was a relief to have a reliable professional in a hectic time!!!

Our washing machine discharge hose ruptured and flooded the laundry room, second floor hallway then flowed downstairs to our garage and closet under the stairs.
