We had a complete main bedroom, ensuite bath, walk-in closet and sitting room developed from a two bedrooms, a three piece bath, and office. Oh, and a half bath installed under the stairs which was not even utilized space before.

They dug under the slab for the plumbing in order not to disturb the original slab to create a spa like four piece ensuite bath and the half bath for guest. The vanity has dual sinks with plenty of storage. The stand alone tub with wall mounted faucet along with the seamless glass enclosed shower with built in niches is truely spa like.

Ducar removed the old marble floors and reinstalled 24x24 porcelain tile on the diagonal through out the space.

A separate stackable washer and dryer was installed in the walk-in closet as well.

And, to give this new space its own from the main living area down stairs a separate central ac unit was installed as well.

All this with schedule.

DuCar construction is amazing! To say that they saved us, is the understatement of the year. We had our driveway paved by another company, which turned out to be the wrong decision. Turns out the "other company" did not use the proper materials to cement our driveway as they promised. We quickly called DuCar Construction and told them our problem. Not only did DuCar come in and demo the poorly poured concrete, but they also re-paved and completed the job themselves. Oh yeah, and they matched the previous contractors quote! DuCar is professional and courteous, I will definitely call DuCar again if I have anymore projects, big or small.

I am getting ready to build my second duplex , this is so exciting.

We thought we had a serious foundation settling issue. They came to inspect and determined there wasn't a problem that needed foundation shoring. Just some sheetrock issues. I'm sure some other contractors would have tried to sell us some work just to make money but they were very honest and helpful with letting me know what should be done. Very happy and would highly recommend them.
