We we're putting in furniture, making an addition to what they already had going on. Very beautiful place and everyone there seems to be very professional and very nice.

Height of street on Mouton St as it relates to height of alley between Louisville and Colbert Streets.
DAMAGED MY CAR when trying to drive out my garage alley toward Mouton because height of street is absurdly low to navigate onto Mouton St. from alley. Now car parked on street in front of house—(cannot use my garage for this car) susceptible to break ins and street flooding when excessive rains come. Mouton St flooded seriously BEFORE repair work; now the street will be a MAJOR LAKE.
REALLY??? IS THIS ACCEPTABLE REPAIR WORK FOR A GENERAL CONTRACTOR???

Worked an event here, it's a very nice facility.

Impetus was in charge of repaving Milne Blvd. and they did a terrible job. The pictures I included are apparently “finished job”. Notice how uneven the asphalt paving is. There are still giant dips in the road where the road is uneven. Look how the sewage covers are taller than the pavement. This has been in progress for over a year and they finally pave it and this is the job they do? Very disappointed.
