James was incredibly responsive. Within less than 5 minutes of me reaching out to Prime Solution, James had called me back to see what service I needed. He was easy to reach and to schedule with. When he and his helper came to the house, both were so courteous and respectful. They were fast, tidy and affordable. I mentioned another issue we were having that was not urgent. James offered to look at the issue while they were here. I'll be calling Prime again for my plumbing, gas and electrical needs! I'm so happy to have them!

Did a great job of installing a medium-size laundry room including some gas and water line upgrades. I don’t usually leave reviews but I am here as they did something I really liked - they constantly kept me updated as to arrival time, job specifics when they were on site, checked when we needed to buy additional parts, and told me when job was complete and they were locking up. I felt unusually well-informed. Thanks.

I had an external tankless gas water heater installed. Abs was very informative with no hidden fees. Very flexible and always kept the water running even with rain and had to pause. Came back since circulating pump was not working and got it all squared away. All for a great value.

I was referred to James Pell/Prime Solutions by a friend. The flashing around two chimneys on my roof was old, deteriorating and improperly sealed, causing leaks. James went to great lengths to get the proper materials for the job, ultimately traveling all the way to Picayune,MS. I was charged a very fair price for the work, and the chimneys now have new flashing and are sealed up properly. I am very satisfied with the work and the way I was treated, and highly recommend James and his company Prime Solutions.

James added and repaired pipes where pipes were clogged or taken by another contractor. He installed the toilet and vanity and put down the flooring. This young man is amazing! He was patient and very thorough with his inspection and explanation of what needed to be done. He WILL be back for more jobs and is welcomed at my home!
