Outstanding Work by E & C Construction
I can’t say enough good things about E & C Construction. The company’s owner, his son, the son’s cousin, and two other hardworking young men came into our home and truly took care of business. In less than six days, they replaced nearly 3,600 square feet of flooring, and the finished product was more than satisfactory; it was impressive.
What really set them apart was their professionalism and respect for our home. They carefully protected our furniture, kept the worksite organized, and went above and beyond when it came to cleanup. Not only did they clean thoroughly, they even paid to replace cleaning supplies they used and covered a small cleaning bill for dust that settled into our clothes. That level of accountability and care is rare.
Our home is genuinely enhanced because of the E & C experience. My wife and I felt respected, valued, and well taken care of from start to finish. A sincere thank you to the father-and-son team and their entire crew for a job well done. We highly recommend E & C Construction to anyone looking for quality work, integrity, and true professionalism.

EC Construction deserves 6 stars if Google gave me that option. Eddie and his team were phenomenal with communication from first call, estimate, throughout the process of the start to finish of our kitchen floors/subfloors being re-done.

He was always very transparent, clear and very thorough with daily updates. My wife and I always felt so comfortable throughout the whole process.

Initially we got off to a pretty descent beginning after the storm. They installed a new roof at a reasonable price, did the gutting at cost which was appreciated. Then things began to start to unravel a bit. They measured the building for to see how much drywall we needed. By the way we were being gifted the drywall by the way. But much too my dismay they took a bad measurement and the church had to spend over 1500.00 more when we had an opportunity to get as much as we needed. I asked them about sharing this cost but they would have none of it. So the drywall is completed and I’m excited because it is, money became an issue and that’s was the last thing that they did for us. Once we got enough funds I asked them that we were ready for the painting, but Charlie response was that they are too busy. We did get someone else to do the painting. But now we begin to find issues with the drywall installation a few months later. They covered 4 a/c vents, 3 light housing, thermostat wiring, one section of one wall they didn’t come down far enough, left another section completely undone, and I spoke to him Charlie that is, his reply we gave you a break because we didn’t make any money off of this project though we paid them the price. Even if they didn’t, we deserved a better job. The roof issues. We have two steeples and one was leaking after the roof installation. But no one ever mentioned that they were a problem. If you are a roofer doing a install and see something else, at least let someone know, even if would been extra, it needed to be fixed. Charlie and I had a war of words, and I hope that I won’t have to call them about our roof. I’m a frustrated customer behind the smaller issues that I spoke about. They are capable but you have to inspect closely the finish work.

VERY BEAUTIFUL KITCHENS.

They have a great selection of products but customer service is lacking. Their sales staff were very attentive at the start but completely left me to fend for myself once they got my deposit. Everything from having to schedule deliveries, workers, measurements I had to take care of myself. I must have misunderstood my sales rep when he told me he would manage this project from start to end. Anytime I called with questions or for clarification I had to wait days for a call back (typically it took 3 different times of me reaching out to get a response). Frustrating given the amount spent on the cabinets and accessories. Would not work with them again.

I cannot express how pleased I am with our Marchand Kitchen designed by Jason Verdin. Our house was completely torn apart by Hurricane Ida. The heart of our home, our kitchen, was the worst hit. I didn't think Marchand Creative Kitchen would even consider doing a small kitchen like ours. I had always thought of their services as more of a large scale kitchen renovation. Jason came to our house and mapped out a plan for everything. The care and time he spent with us from going through options, colors, appliances and cabinetry was unmatched. He showed us solutions to layout problems we had been struggling with for years! The damage from the hurricane was a nightmare, but Jason made our dream kitchen a reality as a result. Thank you so much, Jason!

We were very pleased with the work and the crew. The crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time, worked hard all day and were polite and friendly. They did an excellent job of cleaning up each day..inside and outside my house. i highy recommend them
