Derek and his team did a great and timely job! Very communicative and explained what was going on. We had a second-floor bathroom leak into a downstairs bedroom with plaster walls and ceilings. They were able to open it up, find the leak, quickly repair it and then close it all up. There were three different textures on the walls and ceiling and they were able to blend it very nicely. Better than I was expecting actually. This is the second job I have done with them and would highly recommend!!

The Remodel Project:
1. Open up the living room into the carport and give the kitchen access to the new living space in the carport.
2. Build a workshop to replace the shed in the carport.
3. Create a courtyard patio to bring the outdoors indoors into the new living space that use to be the carport.
4. Custom made bookcase and pantry
5. Custom made outdoor kitchen

The construction process was fascinating to me and gave me a huge appreciation and respect for the trade and a better understanding of the costs involved.

I love the transformation of my old house into a modern home on the first floor using this company.
I will use them again for the second floor transformation in the future or a brand new build.

Five stars because I know it is safe to have them in my home whether I'm there or not, they stay on budget, they have impeccable honesty, a strong work ethic and pride for their trade, and they genuinely care about your home as if it was theirs.

We initially hired Fogarty Homes, LLC for what we thought would be a one-time project: tiling an outdoor patio and installing a kitchen backsplash. From the moment we met Derek and his team, we knew we had found something special. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of craftsmanship were exceptional. The patio tiling was beautifully finished and built to last. The kitchen backsplash exceeded our expectations with precise cuts and seamless installation. We were so impressed with Derek and his team that what started as a single project turned into an ongoing partnership.

Over the following months, we called them back for increasingly complex projects, including two complete bathroom remodels, floor installations, tile installation on an upstairs balcony, and finally, a custom hardwood staircase. Each project demonstrated Derek's versatility and skill. The bathroom remodels were impressive - they handled everything from plumbing updates to tile work with equal expertise. However, the staircase was the crowning jewel! It required custom-cut stair treads that were carefully stained to match the existing hardwood floors in the rest of the house. The craftsmanship is stunning, and it became a focal point of our home.

Devante replaced 2 outlets and 2 light switches as well as addressed an issue with an outdoor outlet. He also checked our living room fan and was able to identify the issue quickly. We will have additional electrical items that will need to be addressed soon and we will be working Devante again. I would recommend Devante to anyone who is looking for a outstanding professional.

DMT handled all the installation of my surround sounds and LEDs for my man cave on top of my heated floors, they was efficient in n out in a couple days now im ready for Fantasy Football viewing

DMT did all the lighting work for my gym and now we have most well lite basketball court and weight room in the city very professional, very organized, very time efficient

James is very professional and knowledgeable about the work the company does. He came out to my home and looked at the project, give me a very reasonable estimate which I agreed too. He contacted his team and was back at my home within a hour... they worked hard into the nightfall but determined to get the job completed....and they did complete the job before the rain...Awesome company that I would highly recommend and give them 5 stars for exceptional service...I’m very satisfied 💯💯

James and Bruce came to help us out with some electrical wiring issues. Both were pleasant to work with. James explained to me the underlying issues with the current wiring and what was required to remedy these items answering all my questions. They also were proactive in finding solutions instead of just pointing out problems.

As a woman, it’s sometimes a challenge to find electricians/contractors/plumbers who don’t talk down to me or who are more comfortable speaking to a man, James and Bruce were a refreshing change.

They also stayed true to the price they originally quoted even though they were at my house for almost 6 hours - much longer than they probably anticipated.

I’ll definitely be using them again and recommend them.

James replied quickly to my home advisor request and come to home in Barataria the next day to fix my hot water heater. He is a very courteous and pleasant manured person. He fixed my hot water heater in little time. I was very pleased with the labor , response time and price for his services. when my hot water heater needs to be replaced, I am sure going to call Prime Solutions LLC to get the job done.

James and his crew were super people to work with. They did a great job on renovation work on our home including plumbing, electrical, drywall , painting etc. Would not hesitate to refer them to friends and will definitely use them again.

We're quoted a price for a job that was supposed to take 2 men, 2 days. We said no way, it's a 6 hrs job, 2 people. He disagreed but told us if he was wrong "we can always adjust the price". When the job was finished in approx 7 hrs (because the 2nd person wasn't always there) he still charged the 2 day price. And then said "we don't adjust our prices"
DO NOT TRUST HIM! LIAR!

We had some lighting installed as well as plumbing repair work done. James and Chris were courteous, professional, transparent and fair. When the work came in way over estimated James plainly walked us through why and the pricing was fair. They were respectful of our time and home environment and we couldn’t be more pleased at the quality of work.
