James did an excellent job repairing our hot water heater. The unit went off late Friday afternoon. He was here first thing Saturday morning. Worked with the manufacturer to get the right parts. He had up and running 2 hours after parts were delivered.

James is eager to please and that's just what he does. Our 20 year tankless water heater went out and James got us back up and going quickly with a new unit. He included a recirculating pump. His communication was top notch and was able and willing to make some additional adjustments that earned my respect. He even hauled off an old refrigerator that I no longer needed. One of his workers needed one and could fix it. That's going above and beyond for me and his team!

James is an amazing handyman. He helped assess and resolve issues with our toilet when there was a leak. He’s very accommodating in scheduling your services, has an exceptionally kind demeanor and gives you all the information you need to make a good decision on many different types of problems around the home. He has also helped assess our A/C system and worked on the ducts to address a zoning issue with our A/C system. I would call him any day for any problem around the house.

On time, great communication, a fast thinker and problem solver. When I work night shifts, I can’t repair things like I want to. James came over and replaced my hot water heater like it was nothing. When I discovered a growing hole in living room floor one Saturday morning that was bad enough for someone to fall through, I immediately contacted my landlord who hired James to come make the living room whole again. The floor had some neglected sites that James identified as the source of the problem, and he and his team worked to repair it quickly.

While the problem the floors presented disrupted my life for a few days, James fixed it, taking care of the items already in my house and cleaning up the place afterwards so I could get back to living a normal life relatively quickly. Thanks so much!

James was very respectful and responsive; I have had a gas grill for a year with no gas line, and was looking for a quality install for a gas line. James was on time prompt, efficient, and did a thorough job; even some work thrown in I didn’t think he was going to do.

James and his crew were also reasonable with the pricing expectations, originally quoted a higher number but ended up being lower than expected so that was a pleasant surprise and made my wife and I feel taken care of.

James payment methods are very up to date and I was able to zelle him the money without having to pay processing fees most contractors charge or even worse have to Wright a check.

I definitely recommend them for your home related and maintenance needs. I initially contacted them about a plumbing problem. But when James came to assess the issue he shared that they do more than plumbing and electrical work. So I asked him to take a look at a roof leak I’d recently noticed that had caused some water damage to the ceiling. James educated me on the issues I was facing— the likely causes and the best and worst case scenarios. So I felt good that even though I didn’t know the full extent of the issues until they started the work, that I would have any surprises since I knew what word case scenario could be. Fortunately, when they came to do the work, the issues weren’t as extensive as they could have been. So the cost was even less than initially thought…praise God! James was communicative, timely and a man of his word. He and Mr. Ipo were courteous, respected my space and cleaned up beautiful behind themselves when the work was done. I definitely know who I’m calling for home repairs going forward.

Buying a pool heater from this company will be the worst experience you can have. It will be overpriced by 1000s to cover all the future repair calls it will need especially if they care for your pool because they never balance water properly because the owners brother plays manager and ‘ trains’ the cleaners not knowing what he is doing himself at all which any other store will verify by taking them a water test. Treat their customers and employees like garbage while poisoning staff and customers in their unventilated chlorine filled store. Try Clearwater or call Curly at Leslie’s in Metarie to compare and see for yourself.
