Steven, Abby, Jose and Blake were amazing. The team was professional and on schedule everyday. Our issue began on a holiday weekend. Steven and Abby were there and did not think twice about getting started removing the water removed from our basement. Great customer service!

I worked with ServPro after our family experienced a devastating in July 2023. Everyone on the staff was great, but our Contents Manager, Christina Billiot truly stood out and went above and beyond in her job. She was very thorough and professional as she assisted us to create a detailed list to submit to our insurance company. She made one of the most stressful times of our lives feel a little more manageable. I would highly recommend ServPro and particularly Christina to anyone in a similar position.

If I could give SERVPRO of Metairie a 10 star, I would not hesitate to rate them as such! This team provided the most efficient and professional service during my 10 years living in New Orleans. Like many people, I suffered water damage to my home from Hurricane IDA, and many companies were booked up with some not even taking new customers. From my first call with Annabel, I knew SERVPRO Metairie was an exceptional company who honestly cared about people. Annabel was extremely understanding, warm, and listened intently as I explained my situation in detail; this was a completely different experience from initial calls with other companies who were cold and made me feel like I was just a number. Unbelievably, I received a call a few hours later from the project lead, Kacey, who was willing to come out that afternoon! Kacey was fantastic! As I walked around my home with her, she pointed out areas of water damage and how to spot it, she explained how mold develops, and went through SERVPRO’s process for getting my home repaired; she displayed a strong passion for her job and was extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, she was very patient with all my questions, along with even more questions from my 70 year old mother; she made us feel comfortable being able to ask which meant a lot during a time like this. The best part is that she was ready to fight for us if the insurance was going to give us a problem; let’s just say, after she spoke with my insurance, they stopped pushing back regarding the cost of repairs. Besides having these two awesome ladies, the two gentlemen who worked on our home were equally amazing! Brent and Hansel were hard-working, meticulous, pleasant to speak to, and always listened/addressed my concerns/questions; they were always enthusiastic to explain to me what progress they had made on the house when I would stop in. They were also very careful when moving my belongings to ensure nothing was damaged. What I have written is an understatement of what this company and their team has done for me. This company’s customer service and expertise are beyond what I could have expected here in New Orleans. If you want it done right, call SERVPRO Metairie!

We really had a very positive experience with ServPro. They were quick, made to the scene as soon as possible, and worked diligently to solve the problem. I was really impressed by how quickly and professionally they assessed the damage and came up with a plan. I never once had to chase them down for updates nor wonder at progress. The flow of communication was excellent. Tristan and Steven were excellent to work with and while I hope never to see them again (smile) I will keep their number handy.

We had an excellent experience with ServPro of Metairie! They came out the same day that we called them and immediately began repairs on our residence which had suffered substantial water damage due to a hot water leak. The team led by Kevin Green worked in relentless heat to help remove all water from our home. Special shout out to Brantley who removed all of the ServPro equipment with no A/C in our house and temps showing 113 degrees! The whole team did a great job and if you are in the unfortunate position of needing their services, you can't be in better hands!

Having this emergency really got me depressed and upset, but Servpro was there the day of and mitigated my kitchen, Pantry, laundry room and dining room With an hours of a hot water heater busing and causing the flood in the house. I really appreciate Servpro helping me through this horrible time.

Servpro mitigated our home after the drip pan in our attic leaked downstairs and damaged our walls and floors. Brantley, Brian, and Damon did an amazing job explaining the process and were prompt and professional throughout, and their work was excellent. We would definitely recommend!

When you have a fire in the middle of the night it is terrifying-especially when the fire is at a small historic hotel! Kevin answered the phone at 1am with a very calming demeanor. He assured me his team would be there first thing in the morning, and they were. It was like an army of ants moving with purpose (and giant green machines) throughout all three floors of my beloved building. They were kind, courteous, and happy to help. Kevin answered all my questions in our morning meeting and communicated clearly throughout the day. We were on a short time line to get back to business with multiple check-ins and a funeral celebration all happenng a mere 15 hours after calamity. Kevin assured me we would be company ready, and we were. He and his team returned Monday to assess the handful of rooms that were still off-line. They gave me great advice for the last little things to be done, and then they were gone. Thank you so much!!

ServePro did a fantastic job on the cleaning of out facility. They arrived ready to work and were very flexible to connote our change intake as our business demands shifted from day to day. What a wonderful job by Amber and her crew. Very prompt, very hard working, extremely careful with all items! always asked question if they doubtful about any item. Servpro should be very proud to have employees like Amber and her crew--every one of them! Will be recommending Servpro to everyone! Every box was carefully packed and clearly marked! I can’t imagine how SERVPRO could possibly be any better at what they do. Two pipe burst attached to my hot water heater above my master bedroom, as a result of the historic snowfall and freeze on January 20,2025, I was out of town and water rained down out of both breaks for approximately a day and a half to two days. The ceilings collapsed to the floors, flooded the house, destroyed everything in my bedroom, closets, master bathroom, saturated the bottom two to three feet of all the walls and ruined everything on or close to the floors and more.
I called my insurance agent immediately in distress and she gave me Servpro’s name and I called them immediately. Within 20 minutes a gentleman, named Chip Geddie was at my house with a green Servpro shirt on. I don’t know how he got there that fast. In the days that followed, they removed all the damaged materials, packed up all my family‘s belongings, neatly and labeled everything.
Then they removed all the wet materials and debris and dried out everything using their equipment. It looked like a demolition and construction site. I couldn’t imagine it ever looking nice again.
While that was going on, I met Lloyd Robertson, the project manager from MLR, Servpro’s construction division. If I had a position available with my own company, I would try to hire this guy.
He spent many hours putting an estimate together that was so detailed and accurate. I would never have gotten my money from my insurance company if it were not for his detailed Information.
They tried to deny coverage, but his notes were honest, accurate and complete. Anytime they contested information he would meet them and show them where his information was right and they could not deny the coverage. Also, Matt Ross was the site manager and got everything done and rebuilt with asking me such a minimum of questions. He made my life easy through a rough patch. At the end of it all, a lady named Christina made sure all of my salvageable contents were brought back to my home from their climate controlled storage facility, after she made sure the insurance company paid for the nonsalvagable items. What started out as a stressful situation that I could not see the end of turned into my home being refurbished with some upgrades, as well. I paid a little to get a few things changed that I wanted to do anyway. This review got longer than I expected, because ServePro was so much better than I ever expected possible from anyone.

The Servpro team did an excellent job throughout our fire restoration process. We appreciate the excellent care that was taken with our property.

I cannot recommend Isaac and the SERVPRO team enough for their outstanding work in handling water mitigation at my home. From the moment I called, Isaac was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate about our situation. His quick response and attention to detail made a stressful experience so much easier to handle.

Isaac arrived promptly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and explained every step of the mitigation process clearly. He was efficient setting up drying equipment, and monitored progress to ensure everything was properly resolved. He checked in regularly, answered all my questions patiently, and provided reassurance throughout the entire process.
