Benny is forgetful, very rude and disrespectful I reminded him of our previous agreement. Over talks and hangs up on you without letting you get a word out.

Workers yell disgusting things at women from their company van. Benny was incredibly rude when I tried to inform him about the incident, denied all of it, and then fled (the company was working down the street from me).

I requested plumbing service from this company and asked them to estimate the cost of repair. The guy went ahead and fixed the clogged pipe. And came up with a hefty bill.
They are day-light hyenas. Be careful. Make sure you get the estimate first and make your decision.

Beep Me Plumbing was great… Mr. Benny came out saw where the problem was and got to work…. We haven’t had a problem since…. I highly recommend Beep Me Plumbing… They came out and did the job after another company came and messed up everything and didn’t do the job right.

I had Roto-Rotter come out to my home and the technician claimed he couldn’t detect if I had a hot or cold water leak and he wouldn’t be able to turn my hot water heater off because he didn’t want to break the handle. I then called Beep Me Plumbing for a second opinion. That was the best decision I made!!!!!! Benny came out and was able to detect the leak and turn off the water heater. He walked me through every step of the process of what needed to be completed and was able to get the job done in one day. Benny and his team was so professional and I’ve recommended him to one of my friends. If you need a plumber, don’t hesitate to call Beep Me Plumbing. He’s the BEST in the business !!!!!

I seldom write reviews but this is an, "EXCEPTIONAL COMPANY"! I recently had to call a plumber for a sewer cracked pipe and without hesitation I immediately called Beep Me Plumbing and the owner came out the very same day. I have used this company for over 30 years and they have been consistent for all those years. The owner of the company came out himself, used his camera equipment and determined the exact extent of the problem. Moreover, he showed it to me so I had no doubt what the problem was and the extent of it. They began to work on the problem the very same day and he kept me appraised of what was going on throughout the project. The owner of the company was very concerned about working around my business without interruption. I never had to shut down while they were working. Which again is exceptional ! They completed the job in record setting time. They were thorough and extremely neat. They were very conscientious about the appearence of the job site. When they finished, "it was like they were never there". Over the years, I have done business with many companies and sad to say most of them are ripoffs and incompetent. Not Beep Me Plumbing !!! They are honest, extremely knowledgeable and they really care. I guess as their slogan says, "We Do Business the Old Fashion Way...We Stand Behind It". They are in a class by themselves and I highly recommend them!!!

I paid $350 to have a hole cut in my wall and an elbow changed.
