Technician Drew was prompt and communicated well, throughout the time of his visit. Drew thoroughly explained the cause of the issue and what/hkw he intended to repair.

Service call pricing was a bit extreme vs local plumber quotes received. Try others before Rotto R. for processing comparison sake, but consider yourself lucky if you must use this company and Drew is your tech.

Roto-Rooter responded quickly and sent someone within the hour. The tech, Emile, was polite, professional, and he fixed the problem. On a Sunday. Super Bowl Sunday! Thank you!

I had a major clog in my sink this evening and called Roto-Rooter for help. The technician Emile who came out was absolutely fantastic. From the moment he arrived, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly polite. You could tell right away he knew exactly what he was doing.
He had to snake the drain multiple times to fully clear the clog, and not once did he cut corners or rush the job. He worked quickly but thoroughly, making sure everything was running perfectly before he wrapped up. I was honestly blown away by how efficient and detail-oriented he was.
Exceptional service like this is hard to come by these days. He turned what could have been a frustrating evening into a totally stress-free experience. I’m so grateful for his hard work and professionalism.

Clogged kitchen sink resulting in a dysfunctional kitchen. Marc (technician/licensed plumber) arrived at my house within an hour of my call to the office and fixed the problem for less than the quote in a couple of hours. He is friendly and efficient. Definitely worth it.

On a Sunday afternoon Service Technician Mr. Emile responded accordingly to a service request for a plumbing issue at my family home. Mr. Emile was very helpful and offered insight on the situation and ultimately utilized his knowledge and equipment to remedy the situation just in time for our afternoon family dinner. Mr. Emile is a great representative of your company and a true service ambassador. The two hour window that was established was a joke. Dispatcher said "they were very backed up today" when I called to see status 5 before the end of the window. 2.5+hrs later a tech finally came out. My tech, Drew, was extremely helpful, patient, friendly & efficient. My problem seems to be resolved.

Roto rooter came out with a tech and representative. They answered all my questions and took care of me. The man who came out and snaked my drains was very polite and professional, he worked fast and made sure to leave my house nice and clean

Thanks you So Much for coming today. I requested an appointment. I was given a window of time. I was alerted that a plumber would arrive within 30-45 minutes of the proposed time. This was great. I had purchased a toilet to install just in case my non-functioning toilet could not be repaired. Best decision I could have made. The plumber assessed the job and agreed a inew one would be best. I was alerted of the hose and pipe to the toilet and the flange was broken also. The end product, I have a functioning toilet. Robert picked up the toilet, went back to get parts needed to complete the job. Professionally done, cleaned the area and now I can confidently welcome guests over for this Thanksgiving vacation.
