Came through for us last minute, in the rain, after Entergy screwed up our account and snatched our gas hookup. David also navigated City Hall's permit department like a pro, even though everything had to be on paper due to the hack.

Thank you David for replacing our water heater the same day that I called you. Also thank you for attempting to fix the problematic thermostat first. We agreed that it made more sense to replace the entire water heater. David also replaced a gas line for us 2 years ago.

Top notch operation. Communicative, direct, willing to answer any and all questions you might have. The job they had to do (permit inspection) was excessively complicated due to the city's poor record-keeping, but they did all the heavy lifting and stayed on top of it the whole way.

I called David for having three things done: (1) connect a gas dryer and waterline to refrigerator's ice maker unit, (2) repair a vessel leak under washroom basin, (3) replace kitchen faucet. His estimates for the jobs were $275, $150, and $200 respectively. I had him do the first two jobs and ended up paying $375. Jobs done well enough. The 3rd job (changing kitchen faucet), I did by myself to save that $200.

I don't have much idea about the expenses for plumbing labour. But after seeing him working, and changing the kitchen faucet by myself, I have an impression that they charge way too high for even very simple jobs.

National Economy Plumbers is the best. The water pipe of my kitchen is leaking and I tried many companies, but they did not find the fault. I just contact them and they response very quickly and repair is very easily. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Thank you

Mr. David at National Economy Plumbers is awesome. His company replaced some old galvanized piping to pex piping in my home. The work was completed in a timely manner and the pricing was very fair and accurate. While doing that work, he also helped me with a few additional small issues I had in my bathroom. I highly recommend them, as you will not be disappointed at all with the work. Great plumber!

Very easy to schedule around your needs with prompt arrival. Kept in communication about time window and stuck to it. Emile was great, knowledgeable and worked diligently to get us back where we needed to be.

Roto Rooter came out to clear a clog in the toilet. The tub which is connected to the same line was full of water. The tech cleared the water from the toilet. Once he pulled up the toilet, all of the water from the tub drained to my floors. Ruined floors in all surrounding areas. They maid a claim through my insurance. I am out $2500 for the deductible. I had no damage until they came in with an inexperienced tech

Emile was polite and helpful. Certain of his job responsibilities and was able to complete the job. He did his best to complete the job as best as possible without having to add extra fees. He was kind, courteous, and quick.

Emile was the technician that came to my house and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prompt response and he fixed the issue with my drain quickly and was very clean, leaving no mess for us to clean up.
I would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing work.

The technician was polite and explained the problem in detail. It was very much overpriced for the time spent and work done. It was $175 to tighten a piece with a wrench. I specifically asked the operator about service charges or minimum fees. While there is no service charge, the minimum fee to do anything is the $175, which was very misleading not to share when I asked. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

He was great! Came to fix my Aunt’s clogged toilet. He was detailed with describing the problem and what repairs were needed. Super professional!

Well, our first experience with these guys was far less positive. This was a return visit to correct faults found by a home inspector as we were readying the house for sale. As with virtually all New Orleans contractors, you get the good with the bad. Love to say majority were good, but not in my experience. At any rate, upon return, they did a bang up job that is worthy to note. Very pleased with their work and certainly would recommend them. In addition, one of few contractors here who stand up for their work. As with everything in NOLA, be observant and check to see if done correctly.
