I dont usually do these but, they showed up on time and worked fast. Representatives Josh and Brian could not of been more professional and knowledgeable. Because the job didnt take very long I was given a discount,without asking for one. They have my biisness for life!

Emile6568 arrived earlier than expected which was perfect for business. Our toilet was out of order & was needed for our patients. Emile came & got to the root of the problem within minutes. He was extremely professional & very pleasant to do business with. Job well Done !!

Emile Edwards handled a sewage leak at my home and did an excellent job. He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained everything clearly before starting. Honest work and very professional. I’d request him again without hesitation.

Came the same day we called. Dru (or Drew) came and took the time to fix the issue as well as inspect the other bathroom. He gave his a suggestions after patiently attending the issues, which was a total of 3.5hrs. Professional and efficient.

I was extremely pleased with ROTO ROOTERS response. Your technician JOHNATHAN was equally fast and efficient. He was the epitome of customer care. He provided a Yoemans effort in every thing he did. As perfect as the response to my situation was he added the plus and you have gained a customer for the future.

I have hired a total of 3 plumbers and all have failed to cure the problem, that is until I called Roto Rooter. Their response time was impeccable. Customer service was great at every phase. I can’t say enough about the tech that serviced my home Jessie was patient, he listened, showed concern and got the job done. If I could give Jessie 10 stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and money you won’t regret it. By the way I don’t usually write reviews, however I believe it will help those trying to choose the right company. Not to mention the 6 mo. warranty if the issue raises its ugly head again.

I had a very concerning experience with Roto-Rooter New Orleans for water mitigation services.

After reviewing the invoice, a significant portion of the charges were either not performed or inflated. This included labor hours contradicted by time-stamped photos; charges for supplies that were not used or were duplicated; billing for equipment that was not operating and left in my home; charges for areas that were never worked on; and emergency or after-hours rates applied due to the company’s internal scheduling issues rather than any emergency on my end.

When I disputed the invoice and requested documentation, the company refused to correct the errors and submitted misleading photos to justify the charges, for example, submitting images from one area of my home and claiming they represented work performed in multiple distinct areas. A revised invoice was later issued, but it did not resolve the dispute and was incorrectly dated using the original invoice date. Despite this, they threatened collections and a mechanic’s lien.

In addition, their work caused damage to my home. Staff acknowledged they had recently begun using supplies that were not up to standard and had damaged other homes as well, yet the company has not responded to repeated requests for repair or remediation.

New Orleans is a city uniquely vulnerable to water damage from hurricanes and flooding, and residents are often forced to rely on emergency mitigation services during urgent and stressful situations. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to carefully review all charges, document everything, and proceed with caution.

Emergency plumbing services always mean a painful price tag, but Drew’s knowledge and service softened the blow. He was courteous, efficient, and did a great job explaining the steps he was taking to solve the problem. Big thanks to Drew and Roto Rooter!

Emile was my service technician and he was very professional and personable. He was able to fix my backed up kitchen drain on a timely manner.

Christian is a terrific service representative from Roto Rooter. He is knowledgeable and willing to explain his assessment to you, but he also listens to your point of view and addresses your questions. When I need a professional opinion I would trust him to discuss the situation with me and help me find a solution to my problem.

Trevor was very nice and professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He showed me the pricing list before he started working so there would be no surprises and additional cost. I also had questions about my hot water heater and he answered them and gave me an option and a price range on getting my problem resolved.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Henry the Roto Rooter service representative. He was very clear about what needed to be done to rectify the situation we were having with the thermostatic cartridge on our Shower Panel. Excellent Service.

Second visit now that we found the correct Thermostatic Cartridge for our tower shower panel went very well. Henry efficiently completed the project. We are very pleased and grateful for Henry’s professionalism.

Root-Rooter got the job done right! Excellent service! The plumber fixed the leaking tub faucet by replacing the stems. Call on them for help.

I would like to start off by saying that I was very impressed with the quick response time of the technician ( Emile). Emile was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also, Let me know in advance of everything that he would be doing.He simplified things to give me a better understanding of what will be taking place. Emile asked me before he got started if I had any further questions or concerns. If, so I can reach out to Roto-Rooter and they would be glad to service me with any future repairs. Emile with Roto Rooter provided exceptional customer service! I called on a Saturday after a drain line backed up. Emile was out to my house within 90 minutes of my initial phone call - again, on a SATURDAY.
He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He had to go back to his truck to get an even longer snake to unclog way down the drain line. He even stayed to make sure they my washer was able to drain fully after the unclogging.
I would definitely recommend roto rooter, and EMILE in particular.

Josh was very helpful with my plumbing issue. He called me to explain my issue what my solution is and price range. If I ever have any issues again I would try to request Josh every time. Very customer friendly and knowledgeable.
