I can’t recommend Gore’s Service enough! They’ve been incredible at maintaining all of my A/C systems, keeping everything running smoothly year-round. Whenever I’ve had an emergency, they’ve responded quickly and professionally — often showing up the same day to get things fixed fast. The team is knowledgeable, reliable, and always courteous. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on them for both routine maintenance and urgent repairs.

Had to get the whole AC system replaced due to system age and leaks. Jason and his crew did a great job and in one day got a new system installed and running. There was no upselling and he answered every question I had about the new system. I would highly recommend Gore's Services to anyone who needs work on their systems.

I was so impressed with this service. When they showed up a very POLITE young man named Jacob introduced himself and Jason the owner. I have never had a better service.
Jacob and Jason were very professional and when they finished Jason can and explained the problem where you understood what the problem was. He was very professional and polite .
Then Jacob came and said it was a pleasure meeting me and have a very nice day. But his smile did it. Very sincere. So this company I hope recognizes JACOB for making hiS greetings that make you so comfortable. Then JASON was very polite and explained everything and another profession gentlemen, WE NEED MORE OF THIS WHEN YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF SERVICE DONE.

I don't even know how this one came up! Google says I caled them 2 weeks ago and I haven't. But I do have several calls from them! I don't answer calls from anyone I don't recognize. It comes up on my phone as TSI. I looked them up, to find they are located in New Orleans. I haven't been to New Orleans in over 12 years. So I'm completely confused about this.

Good place with every filter know to man. HVAC contractors will find a good selection of duct board thicknesses and many metal coupling options. They have a catalog for handy reference and while the office is outdated it is no sign of their inventory.

I recently hired Gore’s Electrical Services for work on the electrical system at my house, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They arrived in a timely manner, and when issues arose on that day, the problem was solved quickly and efficiently. When rescheduling was needed, it was a breeze, and they came back promptly. They kept the house tidy while they were working, with no excessive noises or damage to walls, and everything works as it should. They even went the extra mile to work with me on installing a Google Nest doorbell after the fact. Overall, Gore’s Electrical Services demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a strong customer focus, making them a top choice for dependable electrical work.

AVOID. First experience — and we will not be returning.

If you value professionalism, respect, and quality materials for your company and customers, this is not the place.

We spent over $2,000 on materials for a job site and were genuinely hoping to establish a long-term supplier relationship, as we regularly purchase these materials for the majority of our projects.

As part of our standard process, I carefully inspect materials before purchase to ensure they meet our quality standards. After noticing some concerns, I discussed them privately with my business partner before stepping away from the forklift operator and materials. That operator, who we later learned was the warehouse manager, Warren A., made an unprofessional remark to my husband: “Next time, don’t bring your wife here.”

Let that sink in.

Raising reasonable concerns about product quality should never be met with hostility — and certainly not with disrespect based on gender. Being a female insulation contractor is not a novelty, nor is it a liability.

When we contacted the owner, Hal, a few hours later to address the issue, the response was, “You must have caught him on a bad day.” ( Wow, what kind of an apology is this?)

Hal and Warren: Bad day or not, professionalism in a warehouse environment — especially toward paying customers — should be a standard, not optional.

If a company is uninterested in welcoming new customers or retaining long-term business relationships, continuing to excuse this type of behavior is certainly one way to accomplish that.

We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I wish I could express how amazingly positive this was for my family, unfortunately words aren't always able to truly convey feelings. Obviously, when anyone's heat or air conditioning goes out it's a terrible experience. You know that your going to be inconvenienced and on top of that, it'll be costing you more money than you were planning on spending (it also, always happens on months where you really don't have any extra money laying around making it even more miserable). Our air conditioning died on us. My wife i are clearly unhappy about it. Out of nowhere Gores services actually found some way to turn this miserable event into something manageable without stress. They were so amazingly helpful (and crazy cheap when compared to any other companies in Louisiana, like A LOT cheaper). So, long story short (yeah it's already long), they were very considerate and professional. My new air unit was up on a second story ledge installed, old one removed before we knew it. We ended up buying a better quality air conditioner and with install i was actually surprised at the total cost as it was so much cheaper than ANYONE else's quotes. My wife and I actually the next day felt bad that maybe we had ripped them off somehow. Anyway, when you have an issue with anything and you have been given the old song and dance about why whatever you need will cost you your fist born, call this company (Gores services) as they truly are your lifeline at your lowest point. Yeah, I probably sound like they paid me to say this but it just goes to show how much my wife and I are incredibly happy that this miserable situation actually turned out to leave us happy!!!! Thank you everyone at Gores services as we truly are grateful for all you did.

The Gore Services technician did a great job on my air-conditioning maintenance. He spent a lot of time and was very detailed in his work. He also did a great job of informing me about his steps along the way.

I would recommend Gore's Services to anyone in need of good repair/maintenance and honest customer service. We could have gone with another service company we received a quote from, but we prefer Gore's customer service and total support (plumbing, electrical, etc.) much more. Within 2 days we were given a fair quote and had our A/C fixed! Ilene (I believe this is how you spell his name) has been a big help.

Jacob was on time, professional and knowledgeable in understanding of what repairs needed to be done to comply with my Homeowners Insurance recommendations. Said repairs completed in a SAFE, timely manner. His company work truck was top of the line and well equipped for his craft. I contacted Jason Gore Saturday evening, my system was still giving me trouble. Alain came out & worked on my system & had it running again in no time & no extra charge. Called Jason on Sunday 11-15-2025 the red light was on my generator tried to walk me through to clear the codes over the phone., could not do it. He was at my home the next morning and had my generator repaired and up a running. He is very professional and understanding HIGHLY recommend Gore Service for all generator needs and a/c repairs.

I am really impressed with the punctuality and skill that Jason and his crew displayed. Both of his coworkers, Carlos and Alain, made sure everything was working fine before leaving. They did a fine job of installing my new HVAC units. Gore’s service has excellent work ethics! I recommend using them for installation.
