Two time customer here. In 2022 Eagle Eye Resources did a fantastic job repairing my fourplex in New Orleans after two hurricanes during the pandemic.

I hired them a second time in May 2024 to renovate two units after having two 10+ year tenants depart. The company was very professional and the staff was very helpful throughout the project. Our newly renovated fourplex is modern and has attracted lots of positive feedback from perspective buyers and renters. I highly recommend Eagle Eye Resources.

Working with the company and Contractor was a breeze. Gerald Baptiste was genuinely kind and wanted nothing more than to help with what I needed. I highly recommend them for any services needed to your home.

He took the time to learn my pain points and fears of working with a contractor and held pre-draw meetings with me prior to submitting for draws. They made sure I was satisfied from start to finish. If you are in need of a contractor this is the company for you. They pay attention to detail, and made me feel appreciated throughout my project. The best part was their initial pricing was very close to the final cost. I will certainly be utilizing Eagle Eye Services again.

We engaged Eagle Eye Resources to do almost a whole house remodel that included creating my wife’s dream kitchen and two Short Term Rental suites upstairs in our 1920 built home. The work began and then the pandemic started. Because my mom was living with us I expressed our concerns and these guys accommodated us by halting the project mid-stream. Once mom went through hospice, they came back and continued the work, masked up.
The results are beautiful. They completely addressed all our concerns during the process and made sure we were completely satisfied and happy wit the results. We’ve had nothing buy raves from friends and family about our beautiful kitchen and the opened connected entertainment space, which was better than expected because we thought there would have to be a support post where they did beam the beam work to clear the line of sight. Guests have given us 5 stars for their upstairs suite accommodations. Needless to say, we are very happy that we engaged this considerate and professional team to handle our project.

The HVAC cleaning was effective, and the AC repair left my unit in much better condition. The dryer vent cleaning was quick and tidy.

My APU failed me during the record-breaking heat wave advisory for this summer. Despite their very busy workload, Ryan and his techs took the time to assure that my unit was serviced and functional. These guys are the real deal!!

This shop is awesome! I had zero wait to get my Tripac fixed on a Monday afternoon. They got the repairs done right in a couple of hours. I would totally recommend this place. The streets to get to it are pretty tight though if you have a 53' reefer trailer. You'll definitely want your tandems all the way forward.

It's the best Thermo King store in the whole country. You saw that it was closed for a Labor Day holiday and they came and opened it to sell me a part.
