Brandon from the Surgis Company was great! He was able to come out fast and fix our heater. He figured out the issue and it was fixed in very little time! We now have a membership with the company.

We had our first plumbing inspection today (part of our overall maintenance contract with Southern Air). Andrew was very efficient and knowledgeable. Most enjoyable about our experience was not having any issues needing expensive repairs. Five stars for that all week long.

Arthur was great! He did some necessary electrical work when called in by the HVAC technician (also good!) Very nice, knowledgeable, and he went over and above, fixing electrical things he noticed that needed repair. Highly recommend!

Super professional and cordial! Took great care to make sure floors were protected. Explained in detail what they did, and what we could expect by the way of better air quality and performance of the unit.

Daniel was punctual, pleasant and professional. He was thorough in his work detail and even showed pictures of my issue. I don’t know much about plumbing, but he made it easy for me to understand what the issue was and what needed to be done?

Clogged sewage system evaluation. Signed us up as a Member. Service could not be completed due to late Friday evening appointment. Andrew arrived timely and demonstrated professionalism, patience and honesty. Rare qualities to say the least. Equipment needed to Camera the entire system isn’t available over the weekend. Moving forward that is my only concern as household maintenance events aren’t limited to week days.
We Will complete the service event Monday or Tuesday. Anticipating final cost to be $1,000.00+

Branden was pleasant professional easy to talk too. Branden kept me informed of every step if what he was doing. Answered any questions I ask him. I had a friend that recommended your company and will definite recommend to family and friends. Mr Plaisance is an very good asset to your company and will ask for him in the future. My service technician Chris Anderson was awesome! Today was his second attempt at resolving my plumbing issue, and he did everything he had explained to me on the first visit, and then some. He worked very hard to get the job done, and I must say, as a plumber, he was very neat and kept a very clean work environment for such a messy job. I really appreciated how he explained things to me as he went along. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He even took a look at my a/c thermostat that was having an issue, and told me what I needed to do about that, and I appreciate him for that.

Mr. Luke T., the service tech, did a wonderful job and was very friendly and professional. Although he explained that the company doesn't work on the type of A/C units he checked, he did see whether basic maintenance was being performed and whether the unit was empty of water. He explained that the part that may need to be replaced would be very expensive through your company, and that the repair would be more expensive than the unit is worth. That was great advice and well taken. We walked through some basic troubleshooting techniques. But it was not helping therefore I give him 5 stars.

Mr. Murdock was exceptional to do business with. He exhibited a vast knowledge of his trade and very easily communicated with my wife and myself.
Having managed hundreds of employees before retiring, I know an asset when I see one and Mr. Murdock is exactly that.

I was extremely impressed with the amount of professionalism shown. This two man crew spent 8 hours in my attic tearing out the old system and installing a new. They explained the usage of my new equipment and what to expect down the line. I give my highest recommendation for all future work to them.

We received a very informative and professional service call by Taylor Walsh the other day. I highly recommend him to service, inspect and suggest any process improvements on your HVAC system. We were very satisfied with the service call.

David I. was my tech. He was very nice and accommodating and helped me out with my issues. He gave us options and offered his expertise which we went with. He reassured us that he was going to take care of our issue and get us up and running which he did.

Service by David was a great experience! He arrived on time, was very professional and exhibited his extensive knowledge of the a/c systems. He was friendly and spent time explaining the repairs necessary to upgrade our systems. I highly recommend him.

Travis and Greg came out to help, and even though it was their first time at my place, they worked as if they had been here before. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently.

Mr. Kweli Range, the electrician who assessed our home today was extremely thorough, checking all outlets inside the home, outside, and even in the attic. He clearly explained the current electrical status of our home and how it aligns with required codes. He recommended a whole - Home surge protector.-Not mandatory, But beneficial for added protection. Based on his explanation, we felt confident in investing in the recommended equipment. This gentleman is truly an asset and represents your establishment exceptionally well.

We appreciate the patience Chad did an excellent job ensuring he double check everything. There a few things we weren’t able to find nevertheless he was efficient. We were grateful for his efforts and willingness to satisfy his customers

My service man was Andrew. I have a plumbing issue with an upstairs toilet, he was able to diagnose the issue and make recommendations for either repair or replacement while on property. I choose replacement, Andrew priced and scheduled the job. He was very friendly and professional. I appreciate his being considerate of my animals while here as well. Thank you Andrew.
Zachary came out this morning, removed and installed a new toilet. He was very friendly and personable. His work was professional and he took photos, cleaned up the area and alerted me to a termite issue I have in that area. I very much appreciate his politeness and attitude toward his work.
