Nidal Ibrahim came to check out our AC which was not working after having just moved in four days ago, With a new baby on the way in a week… he was thorough, taking apart and testing every part evaluating to find out exactly where the problem was, discussing different strategies and options to fix in the most cost-effective manner. He spent time and effort for a fixed rate evaluation, something I truly appreciated. To top it all off, he was kind, courteous, and a pleasure interact with. I would choose him again in a second, and think so much about this company because of him. A wonderful experience from beginning to finish greatly appreciative.

Mikey did a beautiful job! Beyond my expectations. And they were able to come out right away to fix my outdoor broken water pipe. Very professional work. Would definitely recommend them. I thought the price was high, but I was eligible for a discount. I have no idea what plumber prices are today, so I am not a good judge of that. I think Mikey is the best and the lady that took my call was very professional and kind.

Travis was very professional and arrived on time. He fixed my electrical problem efficiently and the cost was reasonable. We signed up for a membership with Natal's and are relieved to have reliable service when we need maintenance on our home.

Michael Dargis came to my home after hours to investigate why my water heater was not heating properly. He was thorough, was kind enough to explain his procedures and findings, and answered all my questions. While the water heater began functioning as normal (no repair necessary), he provided several options for if it were to malfunction again. Understandably, the after hours price was higher, but I was grateful someone could take a look at my water heater immediately because my usual plumber does not have after hours scheduling. I recommend Natal’s services, specifically requesting Michael Dargis. I plan to use Natal’s again in the near future.

The technician from Natals was extremely helpful. He walked me through his troubleshooting steps and checks. He sensed I was a first time home owner and was curious on how to do things myself. I learned a lot from his visit, and he was very thorough. He told me proper checks to do at recommended frequencies. We found my capacitor was a little weak, and he recommended buying a spare to have on hand for an emergency. Most folks would’ve tried to have the client replace it right there and then for the extra money. This clearly isn’t the case with Natals. They show up to do the right thing and help out the clients. Also, we walked out my duct system to discuss some larger improvement projects. He had a great attitude to scope this out and educate me more on the needed flow rates and codes. I plan on using them more in the future.

Joe, Nidal and the Natal’s team have been working with us since last year, helping our aged mini split survive another year until this winter when replacing became necessary. The repairs, services and ultimately the replacement costs were all extremely reasonable for a city where HVAC repair costs are breathtaking. Before Natal’s, we dealt with 7 different repair companies who all charged through the nose for alleged repairs that didn’t last a month forcing us through an expensive, extended and uncomfortable process, probably trying to force us to accept their astronomical replacement quotes. One company even charged us for more than twice the amount of Freon held in our combined split and lines and fought us for months on the charge! Natal’s quickly showed us that not only were they competent in extending our ac life a bit but they also offered a reasonable quote when it finally died. This crew gets two thumbs up and a fist bump from us - thanks y’all!

No one likes calling a business after hours for a service call, but I can assure you it was money well spent! My air conditioner went out and Fernando was able to advise me that it was not the air conditioner, but the electrical. It was an easy fix, and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done! Natal‘s is a company that I will be willing to call in the future should I need help with the house.

Aaron, my technician, was very efficient and straightforward. I appreciated his honesty and thorough assessment including photos, demonstrating how the prior AC service did some shoddy work. I wish I could have gone with them further than an initial diagnostic. I called two days later to get the quote on the repair and to discuss options. Customer service was nice, but I wasn’t able to talk with anyone. I had time to show this quote to a friend. Natal’s pricing including their annual service agreement versus without was still $1k+(!) more than another local AC company that is not highly automated (no texting, no Apple Pay) and was able to come out and replace my compressor within 24 hours of confirming this was the best approach to get the 9 yr old unit running again.

Call Natalie always is responsive to customer needs. My AC went out, and when I called, the only service was after hours, but they promised to keep me on the list for regular hours service. Not 30 minutes later, they were able to book me for regular service, and the technician arrived fewer than 30 minutes later. My technician, Fernando, was excellent-polite, professional, and skilled. He was able to fix our issue and talked to us about longer term options given the age of our system.

Justin came out to do the semi-annual HVAC check-up associated with our membership. He carefully explained his recommendations to me, detailing the reasoning behind and level of urgency of each one without making me feel pressured to commit to a particular repair on the spot. He offered detailed information in terms easily understood by someone who hates even setting foot in a hardware store and even helped me order the right size and kind of air filters online.

Mr. Ramirez listened intently to my concern, repeated it back to me and then started addressing the issue. He talked me through what he was going to do and why. After the work was completed he again explained everything to me. He was extremely professional, helpful and kind.

Amazing service. They came in and diagnosed the problem immediately. Pricing was clear and fair. The tech explained everything so clearly and understandably. I will defiantly be using Natal's again!!

Excellent! Natal’s came out and took care of my complicated plumbing problem. They gave a good estimate. They were prompt on time and very curious. And most of all did a great job in one day and cleaned up afterwards. I really appreciated that they wore a uniform with the company name as well as their names. I would highly recommend them. My technician was Mark S. He arrived promptly and introduced himself. He explained what he needed to do, played out the cost probabilities and the repair or replacement options. He shared with me the diagnostic report, and what repairs and costs are needed. Unfortunately for me I need a new condenser coil, but I was informed pretty much along the way, and was not surprised by this after the Mark’s very transparent approach.

Great service. I had requested a service repair an old on demand hot water heater, but there were additional problems with it when Stebe went out to try and clean it so it it made more sense to buy a new one from Natals. Options and details were clearly explained and the price was reasonable. I am on the schedule for installation next week and I expect everything will go well. They previously did a great job on replacing my AC and heat. I highly recommend them!

Jill is phenomenal! We will never use anyone else except Natal's. They are fast, dependable, and 100% honest! And they're locally owned. We started with a national chain plumbing service and were quoted an astronomical quote for stuff we completely didn't need. Jill at Natal's got us fixed up in no time! She deserves a raise! 🙂

Wonderful experience with this company. We have a few Older properties around the city and whenever we have an issue with the air conditioning Natals Is always able to work with us. From the nice lady who handles the appointments, down to our favorite technician Nidal, Who seems to always figure out what’s going on, the experience could not be better.
