Great experience with General Heating & AC. I had them out for an annual service, and Sonny was excellent—very knowledgeable and shared a lot of helpful insights without being pushy. He made the whole process easy and comfortable. Our systems are older and will need attention down the line, and I’ll definitely be going back to them when the time comes. Highly recommend!

Service is reliable and good. However, emailed invoice has print so tiny it is difficult to read. Several phone calls to fix but no avail. When requested, they do send a readable copy via regular mail. Still, it's annoying. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
