I buy air filters from them they have the ones I need I buy 5 by 24 by 24 at last at least four or five the infielders two are much cleaner in your house.

We installed a through the wall unit about three years ago. We bought the 10-year warranty. When the unit quit cooling, it was determined that the cooling coil had a leak. We have been waiting for available replacement coil since FEBRUARY…over five months! Ridiculous! Don’t even think about getting one of these units

Good service over phone and in-person. Arrived when expected, with a heads-up phone call beforehand. Punctual and put a lot of work into diagnosing an intermittent furnace issue even though it happened to be working correctly at the time.

Best A/C company in the new Orleans metro area. My wife and I won't call anyone else... EVER. Great price, amazing service, local and family owned. They care, and it shows. I couldn't give a higher recommendation or I would. We have used Bruzeau's service from install, maintenance, and repair. Every experience we've had has exceeded our expectations.

My A/C unit was not running properly so I gave Bruzeau's a call and left a message. Karen returned my call promptly and said they would send somebody out when they were available. I got a call later that afternoon and was told that Justin would be out soon. Justin assessed my A/C unit and explained to me what the problem was. He said the problem was one of two things. He changed out my thermestat and told me if it goes out again, then the problem was definitely the time delay board in my attic. Well, two days later, my a/c went out again, so I called Bruzeau's and they sent somebody out to fix the problem. This time, Gary arrived and changed out the part in my attic. My A/C now works just fine. Gary was courteous and professional.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this family run business, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to service or install a new A/C unit.

Great service,great response time for this time of year…I know I am not the only person with ac issues in Louisiana in august and to have quick quality service from Bruzeau’s was greatly welcomed..Technician,Justin was professional,accommodating and thorough…Justin found an issue with our unit that wasn’t installed correctly by another company a few years ago and our family is grateful for that..He performed and fixed the original issue that we needed…Thanks Bruzeau’s…I am 69 years old and I don’t do reviews but I felt this needed to be said..p.s. ….If all of the technicians are like Justin, then this company is in great shape for the future!

My house was struck by lightening last week and it knocked out one of my a/c units . I called Bruzeau's the next morning and spoke with Karen and she worked with me to arrange a time and they were at my house by the afternoon. Justin arrived, diagnosed the damage and had it fixed within the hour. He even noticed a problem with my other unit and fixed that as well. He was very respectful and professional. This was my 2nd time using Bruzeau's and both times I have received great, timely service. Thank you Bruzeau's.

General is a great ac company. They’re fair and care about their customers. Our ac unit was making a weird noise. We called them out and they were able to fix the noise quickly. Highly recommend!
