I was very impressed with Andrew. He is an amazing technician. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were pleased. I am quite sure he is the best plumbing specialist I have had service with to date. He was very personable. He is a credit to your company! A++

We had a consultation with Surgi’s Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and met with Tory Sonnier, who was honestly such a pleasure to work with. He was very sweet, transparent, and took his time explaining everything thoroughly. Even though it didn’t work out for us getting a new unit, I truly appreciated how detailed and patient he was in explaining why their company would be a good option and how their systems are more efficient.

What really stood out to me was when I showed him a quote from another company; instead of brushing it off, he took the time to explain the differences and why Surgi’s approach might be better long term. That level of professionalism and respect meant a lot.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to move forward due to financing. It seems their financing options don’t really cater to people in the 580 credit range or below, and financially that just didn’t work for us at this time. Because we truly need a unit and are willing and ready to make changes, we’ll have to look for a company that better fits our current financial situation.

That said, Tory is a stand-up guy, and based on our experience, this company is very knowledgeable and transparent. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone who fits their financing criteria.

Daniel came out to make a service call and we wound up doing all sorts of much needed overdue plumbing upgrades. Daniel was a very nice and well informed employee of Surgi. Nothing but good things on Daniel and his assistant but their office needs to work on their communication skills. Very disappointed in their office follow up while my work was happening. Wrong plumbing parts were ordered twice which caused me to loose 2 Mondays in a row of personal productivity but Daniel did what he could and was very courteous.

My wife and I recently had an awesome experience with Southern Air involving replacing our 3 ton ac. After receiving a very high bid from a competitor I called Southern and met with Jeremy to look over the other company’s bid and see what Southern could do. Jeremy was able to beat that bid by $6000 and get us a 2 stage while the other company only offered a single stage. The installation crew was very professional. They used drop clothes and vacuumed afterwards and treated my home as if it were their own. I appreciated them taking the time to show me how to used the touchscreen thermostat as well as the app on my phone. Thank you Roberto and Cesar!

What a great experience I had with David Ibsen today! Nothing but the best things to say!!!! Excellent service, very courteous, and wore his booties. David was right on time, he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough! He took the extra time to explain what he was doing and why, which gave me much better understanding of how it works and the importance of keeping the unit properly serviced. He also took the time to explain the benefits of an improvement that could make to my HVAC unit and home to make it a more comfortable environment. His no pressure manner was very appreciated and I am considering his suggested improvement. ”Keep doing what you are doing, David!!”

Worker arrived in reasonable time. I told him I awoke to find the system blasting cold air inside while the compressor outside in 35 degree temp was running full blast. I emediately turned off the system inside and went outside and disconnected power to compressor. I then turned on inside system power , found furnuis not starting, and noted error messages 98 & 125 on thermostat. I also told him the thermostat refused to enter setup mode and may be the only problem .
He checked and found no problem in the furnace. I said why not switch the thermostat and see if that solves the problem. He did not have one in truck, could not find one, and found a replacement cost about $1,500. Quite a ripoff. I had to pay about $100 for this useless visit. After he was gone it took me less than an hour to restore heating! I have ordered newer fully featured model used thermostat for $200.
I am not happy.

Dave the technician is truly the best! He can even hoola hoop a new chandelier into the perfect space for your place. He is effecient professional & has a good wit while doing the job right!! He ain’t cheap but you can rest assured it’s done right!

He provided a thorough assessment of our old water heaters, clearly outlining various solutions and working with us directly on financing options. His professionalism was highly impressive—especially his attention to detail, such as wearing shoe covers inside our home.

​Though the price was higher than competitors, we ultimately chose Surgi (Southern Air) due to the level of professionalism, the impressive warranty, and the overall peace of mind they offered. The 0% financing was a welcome bonus that sealed the decision.

The installation was handled quickly and efficiently by Orlyn, the technician, and a team of three. They arrived shortly after our agreement with multiple dedicated service vehicles and completed the entire, large-scale job within hours on the same day. Post-installation, Robert even returned to personally inspect the work and confirm everything was functioning correctly.
​We now have a fully functional tankless water heater that provides instant hot water in seconds. We highly recommend this company based on their comprehensive service, team efficiency, and professional attention to detail.

Techs arrived on time. Stayed focused on the task. Reviewed everything with me, removed the trash and put the back the garage how they found it with some extra cleaning. Very satisfied 😌

No one wants to deal with buying a new unit and the stress it can cause. Jonathan and Justin made replacing my heating & AC unit an easy process. They were very professional and mindful of my home. They worked fast but left no details behind. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They cleaned up the workspace and made sure the unit was working as it should. It's not easy finding a company that not only do an excellent job but maintain a high working ethics.

I also had some electrical issue that Eric was able find and received estimates to solve the problem. He was able to get my wall back online power wise so looking forward to fixing the other issues soon.

Jill @ Natals is so professional and smart. She offers options. And she listens and remembers. She also communicates well and shows up on time. I think she may be the best plumber I have worked with in 30 years! No joking. We feel very fortunate that she was assigned to us.

Steven and Matt did an amazing job at setting up my sinks. The initial quote was ready within 10 minutes of Steven coming by to check out what I needed. They did the work in a very timely manner and cleaned up everything afterward. The whole ordeal was easy to set up and get them paid. There was also a 30 minute heads up before they came out for the job, which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend Natal’s for any plumbing work. They were super friendly and respectful.

When I called Natal’s and talked to Ms Karen, I knew this must be a great company because she was WONDERFUL! Aaron M was the technician who came to check the AC and he was great as well. He was quick, professional, and explained all of our issues and options, and answered my many questions with patience. 🙂 The costs were very reasonable. Highly recommend Natal’s!

My Natal’s Tech was Tishjai and Fernando they was totally knowledgeable of the a/c & heating unit system. Removed old units & installed the new a/c & heatings units all in a timely manner. Professional & clean and communicated well about the work status & progress.
Also Thanks to Kristin & Adrian for getting me the temp. A/c unit at the very last minute.

Travis installed a ceiling fan at our rental property. He was willing to work around our schedule and kept us informed about the job. The service at Natal’s was prompt, friendly and professional. We will call again.

I’ve had Natal’s come out twice in the last month and they’ve been excellent both times. They helped with both electrical wiring and plumbing issues and were prompt, kind, and professional. I’m definitely going to use them again.

Travis was very nice and was able to establish that the problem with my thankless water heater was not electrical. I was not charged a service fee as he was not able to fix it. He did discuss with me about the next steps I should take which helped me know what to do next to get it fixed. I really appreciated his insight.

They wanted $400 to snake a sink drain. $1000 to replace a p trap. That’s more per hour than a principal-level architect or engineer with 20+ years of experience and licensed across the country. Just another company wanting to empty your bank account and expect you to say thanks. But hey, they have a call service and trucks with graphics.
