We needed to replace the evaporator coils for one of our AC units, and Ti'shjai Robinson was our service technician. He did an exceptional job. The young man was very professional and courteous. He made sure to protect our wood floors and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was completed. His professionalism was evident throughout the time he was in our home, and I was particularly impressed with the time he took to diagnose the problem. Once the new unit was installed, they encountered an issue, but Ti'shjai did an exceptional solving the job. I would highly recommend Ti'shjai and Surgi's Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing.

Thank you Surgi’s Plumbing. The technician Gregory was on the job site bright and early. He used a hydro jet to flush out both roof vents down to the main line. It seems the smell in the room has gone. I appreciate the thorough explanation of the work done. Thank you again. - Rivera

I’m very pleased with Quality service and workmanship provided by the southern air team from my calling about having my house drain pipe replaced and connected to the main sewer line. They completed the job very timely as well.

Brandon was very nice and professional. Very informative with both AC and furnace. Very detailed on what is going on with my furnace, which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend their yearly PROTECTION PLAN. Very affordable and you get a lot of exclusive home service included not just For your AC and furnace system. Overall, Southern air company is very affordable and you get a lot of service for what you pay for ( electrical plumbing cooling heating etc. ) Ask for Brandon Graves When you need cooling or heating service highly recommended.

I purchased a new unit and I absolutely Love it! The price I paid was reasonable too! My technician Micheal Duarte was very professional and knowledgeable about the product.

All three of the technicians were so kind and helpful. Jeremy , Travis and Eric explained what they needed to do and if there were options they explained them and did not press for the most expensive. Very impressed with your service.

Luke is my AC guy, I love him. I appreciate the reliability of having a consistent person who I can build trust with, and that's exactly what we've done. He's here about every 6 months and makes sure I'm in good shape. He's honest, clear, kind, amd friendly. If Luke says something needs to get done, I can trust that I am not being upsold and that the need is legitimate.

David Braun provided outstanding service in solving a plumbing issue in our home. He is friendly, cooperative, and explains his work thoroughly. We would definitely hire him again.

Branden was onsite under 2 hours, determined the problem just as quickly. He went out of his the way to personally locate the part and schedule the repair the next morning.
My HVAC unit was up and running by noon.

From the first call all communication and coordination was so professional and personable.

We had 4 different companies come out to give us quotes for a new AC. Troy with Surgi’s was straight forward and a pleasure to work with, and he didn’t waste our time getting to a price we were happy with.

Tommie came out in regards to a HAVC issue that I have. He provided options and clear pricing, and explained preferctly how repairs would go.

The repairs went smoothly. I also highy suggest in purchasing the membership as well. I am satisfied with the customer service I received today.

Would not recommend them to anyone. Cant tell you a quote over the phone. But will drive up roll down the window of the van and show the cost on a tablet. After being a day late. And i still Have the same issue after a 1000.00 Bill with no Guarantee.I could have bought my own plumbing snake.

Luke Meadors from Surgi’s Plumbing was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful while cleaning our drains. He took the time to explain what was causing the issues, gave us clear guidance on how to prevent future problems, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s rare to find someone so thorough and patient—highly recommend Luke and Surgi’s Plumbing!

I had requested to have a waterline installed and was assured someone would be here today to install. All I had to do was be available from 8 am to 5 pm so I took off an entire day. The guy shows up with NO intention of installing and to see what I needed done. The waterline I needed would run 6 feet from a sink to a new refrigerator. He quoted me a price of almost $1800 for the job and said I’d need to give up a second day off while the install would be done. This is as NEVER communicated and I was blown away by the price. Dumbfounded by the price. So 2 days off and $1800. Did I mention I’m a “member” of their special program! Whatever. I’m over these folks

I had a Plumbing Safety Inspection today performed by David Braun. He was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous and explained everything to me.
He is definitely an asset to your company.
