Jason was nice to come at a moments notice , rerouteing his plans since he was in the. Neighborhood. He analyzed the problem, clearly and patiently explained the situation and offered various options and the pros and cons of each option. Once a selection was made, he quickly fixed the initial problem.
He was friendly, polite and patient. I would definitely recommend him to others and call him again for other problems within his of expertise.

There was a cold front in New Orleans and I knew my heater was unsafe, apparently missing the flu vent collar, which would prevent carbon monoxide leakage.

I was out of town, anticipating a cold return to New Orleans and a neighbor recommended Gore's Services. His text regarding the owner, Jason: "He's excellent and trustworthy. Send him a text. He will respond on Sundays." All of the above was true! Jason was also patient and attentive with some of my concerns, explaining everything to me.

Within a day of my text, a technician came out, Izzy, and did a diagnostic. He needed the critical part, so it was the next day that he fixed the issue and did a complete maintenance of both heat &a/c, which wasn't really necessary for this particular problem, but part of the service they offer. Izzy was polite, professional, and thorough!! Furthermore, Sandra was friendly (downright peppy) and communicative, and was in continual contact with scheduling while I was in transit, headed back to NOLA.

I would highly recommend this company for their responsiveness, professionalism, courtesy, solid work (not sure if I would know the difference, ha!), and price. I rarely write reviews and never this long...hope it helps!!

They came in one day! Diagnosed the problems, handled business, and was out. Daryl is professional, knowledgeable, and didn't try to take advantage for more money. Fair and honest priced. Bc of the good work, I went ahead and got the maintance plan. They are my ac go to company now.

Jason did an amazing job. He came out on a Sunday to fix my AC that was leaking plenty water through my ceiling. He was able to tell me what was wrong with it right away, gave me my options, and went right to work on resolving the issue. He also was able to save my ceiling from any further damage. He informed me step by step what he was doing. I even signed up for the maintenance plan, so that way I can have my ac serviced regularly. Definitely recommend him

Gore Sevices is the best! My air conditioner went out in the middle of the summer. Jason came over the same day to fix it immediately and make sure my family didn’t overheat! He is smart, quick, and a joy to be around. Of course, he has great pricing too.

He answered every question I had and completed the job in one day. I recommend his services for any of your electrical needs.

As usual, my experience with Gore Services has been a great one. Carlos worked long and hard to diagnose the problems with my air conditioner. And, he made sure that I understood all of my options. My air conditioner is 20 yrs. old so I had to decide whether to repair or get a new one. Carlos was so thorough that I am confident in his opinion. I would highly recommend Gore Services for all air conditioning or electrical problems.

Gore Services could not have been more accommodating. They were on time ( early) and worked non stop to get my generator hooked up. Jason showed me how it worked and then turned it on to make sure it ran the whole house , cabana , and pool! The price was right and the service was excellent! I would highly recommended them !
