The service technician arrived within the scheduled time and ready to preform the spring inspection for both units. He also did a great job cleaning the dryer vent as well. This is very important to avoid a house 🏠 fire in the future.

The service from United air temp tech is polite and friendly and very knowledgeable, great in their jobs. Meet the area manager an he took was great and giving me a lot of info that you do not get from other types of manger an shows great leadership, That is what you need as a manager. You are very lucky to have a go team. However when I talk to you manger an he ask me why, I only gave three stars on the last survey, and what can we do better. I told him I did not give Temp Air personnel a 3 star survey however I did give AHS a 3 star an that might less after this job completion.

We had an excellent experience with John who came to fix our system. He was very honest about what was going on and walked us through everything in detail. His extensive knowledge and professionalism really stood out. Additionally, his colleague Jerry who came to assist was very helpful. It's refreshing to deal with a company that isn't just trying to sell you something or exaggerate the problem. Highly recommend their services!

Recently United Air Temp's technician checked out all the systems and equipment in my home to ensure no disruption in safety, standards, metrics, or performance. This service is vital to the overall health and maintenance of the equipment in my home, and more importantly, for my own health and safety. There technician explained everything he was going to do before starting and updated me as needed about what his expectations were for the different systems under examination and testing, as well as life expectancy of installed systems and equipment so to be transparent in the in-depth evaluation he delivered at the end of his long day. United Air Temp has some very seasoned technicians who do take the time necessary to answer a customer's questions and concerns. Well done!

We pay for an annual maintenance contract to have better service presumably. So far, after a week of no air-conditioning and three cancellations or rescheduling, we still have not had a service technician come to evaluate our air conditioning for repair. In the past, it is taken two or even three visits to get a repair fixed. We’ve also had times where we had “spring or fall tuneup“ and the air-conditioning unit left broke right after they left. .

I just want to say how truly impressed I am. This young man spent two solid hours servicing both of my AC units and did an outstanding job. He was professional, thorough, and incredibly kind throughout. I’m beyond grateful — he really went above and beyond. Thank you!
