I was able to get a next day appointment. Which was wonderful since the area was in the middle of a heatwave.

John was great he lessened when I explained the problem. I also explained the thermostat was doing weird things.

End up the root cause to the outdoor unit not working was the thermostat.

The technician was very polite and very knowledgeable about his work. What he did not understand he was very humble to ask his manager for assistance. Very respectful young man.

The technician was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Our a/c is now cooling very well. He was the only technician that discovered the source of our problem and actually listened to us! Thanks again for a job well done.

Excellent service, the technician was out a day after making the call, he had the part he needed on the ruck and had my AC running the same day!!! So have 3 kids in the house so this was huge!!!!

They were late AGAIN. Sounds like a Monday morning issue. First appointment supposed to be 9-10am arrival. The tech says they were in a meeting until 9:15 and there was traffic. Obviously 9am wasn’t going to happen. Do better!

We were very disappointed in United Air Temp on Friday October 11th. The manager that came out here with his young employer he was very unprofessional. He was discussing our personal financial in front of him. He did not help us with the matter at all. Another thing is my husband recommended your company to our neighbor and she used you all. He did not get a thank you or anything from you all. We were suppose to get something for recommending you all.

The technicians, Damarian & Ibrahima, that worked on tuning up our Air-Conditioning system, worked diligently to ensure our system was working efficiently. They cleaned out the motor and carefully explained any issues that needed to be resolved. They were courteous and exhibited a high level of professionalism. They also made us aware of cost-saving promotions available with United Air Temp, that significantly reduced our expenses.

This company is an absolute joke. I highly highly recommend calling someone else for your HVAC issues. They came out over 6 hours late (getting here around 11 pm). The technician "worked" for about an hour, and he ended up telling us nothing was wrong with our HVAC, but that he recommended a cleaning, which he thought would fix the problem. He charged us an exorbitant amount of money for this 5 second service, and left. The heat temporarily worked, but as soon as the weather got cold again, the heat was not working. We had be trying to get ahold of the technician for about a week, and we finally got a call back from the company. It was 31 days after the service. Sure enough, they "warrant" their work for only 30 days. They told us they couldn't get a tech out here for another 4 days. Now we have 2 one year olds freezing in our house because they won't come and fix our heat. Again, HIGHLY recommend using a different company. The inexperienced tech they sent us over 6 hours late did not know what he was doing, charged us $400+, and we are still in the cold a month later.

It's been 4 months, and the work is still is not completed.I'm still waiting for y'all to come and get my heat working.

Horrible service and technician. 1st a technician visited my house and refused to fix anything by making excuses partly because it was 8pm. The condenser fan was bad and was refusing to change it saying it was operational: fast forward to the next day the technician ended up changing the condenser fan with a universal fan that sounded like a plane taking off saying all universal fans sound that way. Well I am a mechanic by career and found out it was the wrong RPMs and horsepower. He also left the pull fuses box open outside without a cover on it which it did rain the next day. They did determine that the compressor was bad and I needed a new inside and outside unit. Then the manager came to my house sounding like a used car salesman denying the $5,000 my home warranty covered even after I told him I called before he came and this is what I was told. He came up with a bunch of excuses why they only cover $1,000 which is incorrect I would not recommend. The technicians are not properly trained and straight out of school without a senior technician present. The manager is also untrustworthy and is just trying to make as much money he can off customer.

The young man was very kinds and professional. He works diligently and thoroughly to ensure he found the exact cause of my AC issue. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. He even took the time to educated my husband on how to address this issue if it should arise again.

Great job by this team. Great communication from the beginning and the technician went above and beyond to make sure we were good to go.

Had my winter furnace check and I have to say the technician Damarion was the absolute nicest person I have met. He thoroughly checked everything and updated me on everything that was done.. the company is also a pleasure to work with. They always call to schedule which is such a help to me as I always forget!

Was so elated over getting my AC back on United Air Temp responded immediately n the tech was very thorough in going through the process of elimination to find out what the problem was n made sure everything was back on target . They are a great company I used thrm before at my other house to always do my maintenance. My tech was great!

It took forever for the “on call” appointment to actually show up. All three technicians that came were very personable. However, they claimed the furnace issue was electric. The electrician said it absolutely wasn’t, and showed proof. A new tech from a different company came and noted it was a bad board right away.

The technician was polite and professional. After finishing, he informed me of items that he noticed may give problems in the future. I appreciated this since I am in the middle of prioritizing the next home project I need to complete.
