As always, everything went perfectly. Shawn was very punctual, professional and very courteous. He respected my home by putting on those booties and I really appreciated that. I didn’t even have to ask him. He went over our HVAC system top to bottom, checking the AC unit outside and explaining everything to me, even changing the filter for us. Shaun was also able to give me an estimate for cleaning our vents, something I wasn’t aware One Hour did. Now I know. Thanks Shaun for taking care of our system for us today.

Another A+ experience with One Hour AC & Heating. Unfortunately, my AC unit completely died after the last big storm caused a power surge. Within a week's time, I had the unit evaluated and a new unit ordered and installed. The installation tech, Chris Caddock, was great! He was very polite, respectful and focused on the task at hand. His communication was good throughout the process and he and his partner did an excellent job cleaning up.

The Tech, Prince, did a Great Job, very thorough, and explained all that was done and needed to be done.

Do not use these idiots. The tech took all of 5 minutes, looked at 2 things and told me I needed a complete replacement of my whole heating system, had another guy out the next day who fixed it with a $500 part instead of a $12,000 new system. **edit** then the company hits you back and STILL insists that you needed the $12,000 system 😂😂 you can’t make this up folks

Excellent service. Arrived within 2 hours of requested service. Fast ! Technician through checking all aspects of our AC / heat system isolating the problem to a single item. We were very happy with fees charged. Very fare. Tech professional, knowledgeable and liked our dogs. Always a good sign of personality. My new go to provider. 10 out of 10.

The workers arrived and were very professional. Immediately went to work on fixing our heat and answered all of our questions. Definitely will call again to service our system so we are not caught off guard again.

I was happy to have a chance to get an estimate (which I was under the assumption that it wouldn't cost me a thing, only to be charged 115 for a service call charge? If I had known it would cost me for an estimate I would have canceled the call.

We had our shower drain snaked. It was completely clogged and I tried to fix it on my own. I was not successful. Jake was able to completely clear the clog in no time. He’s a super nice guy, as well!

We were in an uncomfortable spot when our AC went down over the weekend in the middle of the summer heat.

When I called to schedule the service the representative was polite and very helpful. She booked the next open appointment which was only a day out!

Austin our tech was on time, polite and very professional. He took the extra time to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue completely resulting in a fix that was affordable and got us back up and running!

We are very grateful and will be loyal customers.
