Al was very helpful, professional, friendly, and present. He looked at my old paperwork and found that our warranty will replace our furnace for the cost of labor. He also noted that our flue is not properly venting so they will fix that too. Kudos to One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating for their high standards, integrity, and expertise.

Shawn spent the time to diagnose our problem that will need more work, but made a temporary fix so that we had heat over the Christmas holiday. He explained everything thoroughly to us and set up for a return right after the holiday.

Shawn, came for my annual inspection. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable.
He did a thorough inspection and assessment of the heat and furnace including the ducts.
After the inspection, he gave a detailed assessment and made recommendations to the level an average person can grasp.

My HVAC stopped working yesterday and due to its age I knew it would require replacement. Mr.Powell performed a review of my current system and gave me a tutorial about my current system and several options for the replacement. I loved the fact that he took the time to explain how the systems work and to suggest replacement systems that will support my requirements. Mr. Powell was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a joy working with him. I highly recommend One Hour Air Conditioning and Mr. Powell.

Tyler, our technician was terrific!! Not only did he diagnose the issue w/ our air conditioning and fix it, he was great at communicating with me and keeping me informed since I was out of town. A great experience all around!

Stephen performed his task of replacing our thermostat, by assuring that it was in fact, the thermostat that was bad. He thoroughly assessed the heat and AC modes and determined they were both functioning well, and in fact, it was the thermostat that needed replacement.
He clearly explained the kinds of thermostat offered. We made our choice and professionally installed it and went over how to access modes and temperatures, including the circulating fan.
I would recommend him to anyone.

The technician was knowledgeable and explained things in terms I can understand, and solved all my problems and concerns. They were there earlier than scheduled, and he helped me get educated on what to look for. I'll definitely use them again, and refer to family and friends. Shawn and associate were great.

Shawn was great. He was very knowledgeable about the system and realized what was wrong. He said he'd make sure the piece was ordered on Friday (Thursday was a holiday) and the part was ready. It's great when you can get the same people out who worked on the unit in the past.

Update: Shawn came out with a partner again and now my unit is running great. I finally have heat again. He needs to come back one more time just to fix a pipe. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything. It has been a pleasure having him fix my unit. I know who I'm calling if I ever have issues again. Thank you Shawn.

Mr Steven's did an excellent job as usual. He and the additional Technician were both professional, friendly and provided great customer service. I felt safe and comfortable while they were working in my home. At completion of service the guys cleaned up the work area. Scott explained everything he had done and how to operate my humidifier. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Great Job!

I had work done on my heat pump today and
I had an ionizer installed. Steve is an excellent and very knowledgeable technician. He walked me through everything that was done. He answered any questions I had and made sure I
saw all before and after work. I would recommend all friends to One Hour Air. I've
been using this company for 13 years.

Stephen Scott did an amazing job for us. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated his willingness and ability to explain the problem and the solution. He kept us posted as to when he would arrive.

Stephen was very knowledgeable and informative when addressing my under warranty issues. He found two issues that were causing the unit to not perform as expected and immediately corrected both. I will anxiously await my next bill to see the difference they make in my heating costs which have been much higher since the new install. He is a true professional and his time and attention to detail were much appreciated by this customer.

I could not have asked for a more professional, thorough, or considerate person to work with. Allan did not hesitate to let me know what I didn't need while he explained the pro's and con's of various choices. He was a pleasure to work with.

I initially texted to set up an appointment because my AC was out. After I sent a text I saw that you could also book online. So I immediately started to book online. The first available spot was the next day. I booked. While booking someone responded to my text to book me as well. I let them know I was good to go. They politely responded. Two seconds later I got a call saying someone could come out today if I would be home and available.

My technician was Malik. Malik texted me to let me know he could come out if I would be home. I was then sent a picture of him with him name. I loved that. I think all service industries should adopt that policy. It made me feel assured knowing I knew who to look for. He was also strikingly unique with a really cool red beard!!! Unforgettable!

Malik was very professional and attentive. You could tell he took pride in his craft. He definitely left my AC unit and areas way better than he found them. Eveything he touched, he wiped. He also killed a few bugs and spiders along the way while in my basement lol. The issue was very simple and he was able to find and fix it immediately.

Top notch five star service and I would recommend to any and everyone.

As usual, great service from Mr. Shawn. Very polite and professional. Had a one-year-old napping while he first arrived, and he was well aware of the quiet situation that was needed. Completed his job and the baby slept through the whole process.
