Exceptional work from Sunil. Very clean, meticulous and quality work. Very professional and on time. Have used for installing central air purifier, central humidifier and HVAC maintenance. He know what he is doing, Very patient and makes sure everything works several times. Recently had a new ductless unit installed. Wonderful job. Will definitely use again.

We had been experiencing cold home with auxiliary heat on most of the time and the heat pump not functioning as it should until Shawn arrived- he throughly examined and diagnosed the problem even when it meant going outside several times to the heat pump during a heavy downpour. Shawn was thorough and knowledgable is explaining what had happened and he was able to fix it before leaving. Tonight, we are enjoying a warm home- thank you Shawn!

Great for urgent service! My heater was not working, and I was concerned my pipes were going to freeze with the upcoming cold front. House temps were down to mid-50's. I called at 6:30 AM Saturday morning (thank you Amanda!), Shawn arrived at 9:20. While urgent services always come with an additional price, I appreciated the cost transparency.
10/10 recommend.

10/18/24: Today was my heating unit checkup with Shawn U. Shawn alerted me in advance of his expected arrival time and arrived on time. He was very professional, courteous and had a great friendly personality.

Shawn took his time and performed a thorough checkout and walked me through his findings/suggestions making sure I understood everything and was satisfied with the results.

Allen gave me thorough information and benefits for different system levels and efficiencies. Plus he noted installation could be scheduled on 3 different days this week.

Shawn did a great job in completing my fall heating unit .He pointed out some items that need to be paid attention to and that i might have fixed in near future. A very pleasant individual.

The only problem I had is the outraged prices for duct cleaning, mold removal device. I would never pay that much for those Addams.

My heating unit was not working so I called One Hour service. Mr. Steven Scott responded to my service call. He is highly technical and privies the best customer service. I watched him work to diagnose and explain every thing he was doing. After spending 4 hrs, he explained the cost benefit of either replacing the heater unit or repair. He recommend someone to come and assess, whether to repair or replace the unit. Mr. Powell came to assess the problem and what would be most feasible. He was patient and explained everything. He had to return the next day to measure the sq, vents, and windows to determine what unit would be best to make the heating and cooling optimal. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was not pushy but allow me to think and make the decision. I ended up making the decision to replace both heater and HVAC system. I even talked to Mr. Blackwell, the manager to get the best pricing for the best unit and the service. He was very much interested in providing the best service and build trust. Thank you Mr. Powell for your outstanding service. I highly recommend both Mr. Scott and Mr. Powell for any heating and cooling issues. Lisette

They weren’t able to fix our heater but the technician was thorough and knowledgeable and a good communicator. They also had availability within 24 hours of my call as opposed to other companies that gave me times days away.

1 Hour Heating and Air Conditioning did an amazing job getting broken my air conditioner up and running again. Technicians Stephen and Ed provided me 5 STAR SERVICE, replacing my air compressor and outdated breaker box. It rained pretty hard that day, but where others would have called it quits, they simply erected a canopy and got the job done.

Shawn did an amazing job and it was great seeing him again after the new installation of the A/C unit with his crew!!! He was very informative and overall great service from him/team and company.

We had our air ducts done by Eligah and Dwayne and they were both outstanding. Friendly, respectful and thorough in their service, they obviously care about what they do. Highly recommend and we were absolutely use again.
