Highly recommend! Called the phone number and didn't leave a message, but they followed up on the missed call and was able to fit me in within an hour and resolve my issue in no time. Very kind employee was able to explain what was going on.

Responded rediculously quickly to my email (at 9 oclock at night) and came out the next morning. Diagnosed the issues quickly and found it was something very small and easy to fix. Knocked it out and moved on. Trustworthy, fast, professional. Can't ask for more than that. And he is a small local business. Perfect.

I thought I would share with everyone. I called inquiring about possibly purchasing a new heat pump. The gentleman told they do not service my area, but he would be happy to any questions I had. This is what I would call GREAT customer service. I truly appreciate the time he had given to me to answer my questions. This is a company you can trust. I only wish they serviced Kent Island.

OUTSTANDING! Been suffering in a 10-yr-old home with a 10-yr old gas heater and AC that never heated or cooled properly. AC constantly leaked freon. We froze in winter and cooked in summer while paying $400 BGE bills. Chris evaluated the problem and suggested a new efficient system. Works like a charm. We were never so comfortable. Very intelligent, honest, professionals, couldn't be happier with their work.

Chris and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced my AC, heat furnace and hot water heater in half a day and for an amazing price. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I had an issue with our AC this week and made a few calls to HVAC services within the area. Most couldn't make it over until the following week, but when I called Protech Chris answered the phone right away and was able to offer his services that afternoon. Chris is co-owner of the company and made the service call himself. He spent time with me going over what he was doing to diagnose the problem and what it would take to fix. Fortunately, it turned out to be a capacitor which he was able to replace the same day and get us back up and running.

I would highly recommend giving Protech HVAC a call for any HVAC needs. I'm glad we did! I found them on Google and read some reviews, which helped me make my decision. I can say without a doubt that all the glowing reviews are true, and this turned out to be a very good experience, considering no one wants to have to make that kind of call.

No one ever calls an HVAC company because they're happy. It's always because there is a problem. In an industry built around "remove and replace," Pro-tech really impressed me with a service call on the coldest day of the year which replaced a small part and got my system working again. Pro-tech is one of a new wave of service providers that are decidedly "new school" in the way they think and operate. Pro Tech did an outstanding job with our Mitsubishi hyper heat ductless system. They took the time to make sure everything was sized appropriately to our home and that astatically we were pleased with the placement of the system. Friendly and professional staff. I researched a heat pump replacement for over a year, obtaining proposals in frustration after frustration with other company's pressure tactics, poor communication, and endless pricing schemes of various and myriad "rebates" to lesson the sticker shock of the exorbitantly priced initial offerings (employee discount, you own a dog discount, we like the same NFL team discount). PRO-TECH, and owner Chris, knocks them all to Shame St. and provides the real deal, the facts, no subterfuge, legit utility or manufacture rebates, etc. His patience is extreme and his willingness to answer questions phenomenal with as much or as little detail as desired. Just wow! Every step of the way he informed, reassured, followed through. These systems are not "plug and play" and are only as effective as the attention to detail install. Installation by Rocco (Jr) and Brandon were also without fault, from COVID protocols to respect of property to ensuring any lingering questions were answered after install. Pro-Tech obviously prides themselves on their stellar reputation before, during and after and it shows. You will notice. No regrets, just fantastic service. I am a selfish consumer of reviews and admittedly less inclined to providing. But Chris and his team at Pro-tech are that good! Ummm Bosch IDS 2.0; badazz and worth the $.

Our air conditioning stopped working days before we were to welcome guests for the week. We called ProTech and they were at our house same day. Chris stopped by to asses and shortly thereafter, the tech came and fixed the a/c in about 10 minutes. The best part was that Chris came back to ensure everything was working well and that I was satisfied. Both of the ProTech employees were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
