We have used B and B AC & Heating for our HVAC servicing for the past few years. Their customer service staff is courteous and helpful. The technicians who inspected our HVAC system today were prompt and professional. They arrived within the appointment window having called first to alert us. Brad and John (apprentice) listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Tyree and Juan were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They arrived at my residential home on time and repaired my heating system. They explained the cause of the problem and repaired/ resolved the issue.

A technician (I think a novice) did an inspection under service contract and concluded I needed a new motor and that someone would return the next business day to install the motor. When that day came, a technician named Tyree arrived and reviewed the system. He told me the motor was fine, as well as the pressures, and that there would be no charge. I complimented him, and by extension, the company for their honesty and competence. I might easily have had to pay several hundred dollars unnecessarily. Congratulations to B&B for insisting on honesty!

Customer service gal was so kind to me when I called. Incredibly courteous. I purchased my annual service plan and they will dispatch someone today to repair my furnace. They’ve also been our go to for heating and air for 20 years. As you can see, they have many people on here that has reviewed them and has been with them for many many years as they can keep and retain customers because they’re very good.

B&B consistently does great work for fair prices. We just had Carl out today to inspect and maintain our units. He was punctual, polite, honest about what we did and didn't need to have worked on, gave us pointers on how we as homeowners could extend the lifespans of our units, and was a pleasure to work with. I would gladly have B&B (and Carl) out to do work for us any time.

Fantastic business with great employees! We had a mismatched and incorrectly installed HVAC system and after a couple of different estimates that encouraged us to rip system out and start over, we were lucky enough to have Rob come out and take a look. He suggested a reasonable and incredibly cost effective repair that left our system in a much better state. Cole and the crew were friendly and thorough. We'll use these folks for every HVAC job moving forward.

Paul and Darryl treated us very well. Just a few days after the first hot weather, hot enough to turn on the A/C, our thermostat was blank and the interior temperature was dropping. Another technician had come by and flushed the condensation pump yesterday, but the issue remained. Paul and Darryl came out on a cold morning to resolve it carefully and efficiently.

Paul was impressively methodical, and his assistant Darryl is a quick study, newer on the job but just as invested in solving the problem. After they performed their magic, they even took the extra time to assure that both heating and cooling were operating normally. B&B has taken care of my family home for decades, and I am resolutely content with their services.

Adam came out and fixed our AC unit in under an hour. Another company quoted us a week for a part to come in and was more than double the price for install. Thank you so much!

I've used these guys twice for electrical and HVAC services. Both techs were kind and walked me through the process as we resolved my issues. They are also fair and honest with their pricing and I never felt pressured to work with them. They were actually my second call for my electrical issue but after hearing an outrageous I decided to give Davis Ford a try and I'm glad I did. They knocked it out of the park with the electrical issue, I had them back for the HVAC stuff. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Davis Ford were extremely thorough, professional, courteous and were careful to explain what was happening each step of the way. There were two men who did all the work and shared photos of what the ducts looked like in before and after photos. Cleaned up everything. I would use this service again in a heartbeat. This was a 6+ hour job!

Recently, my air conditioning became completely inoperable. Yet Davis Ford Heating and Air Conditioning came quickly to assess and a few days later replaced the entire unit. My service technician was Haddon and he did a fantastic job, first walking me though what was wrong and then later everything that was replaced as well as what I needed to know about the new system. He was very hard working, personable, attentive, thoughtful, and respectful. While the weather was very hot, both inside and outside the house, Haddon was cool under pressure and was very thorough in all he fixed.

Requested Davis Ford Heating & Air Conditioning to provide Electical support to install an outlet box on the front porch. Company responded very quickly with a competitive price against the other companies I searched. More specifically Mr. James Lee helped us from initial consultation, installation, and detailed instructions on proper use. I must say his service was superior and recommend him 👌. He went above and beyond to take time in understanding what we were going to utilize the power for, explained the different options and materials utilized, as well as ensured what to do in certain scenarios. Service was also provided with a smile and even our two dogs loved him!

So Davis Ford is above and beyond. They email and texted me as they departed (within the scheduled arrival window) then called me 10 min out. When they arrived, the technician Gary was able to identify a problem two other HVA professionals failed to diagnose, correct it, WHILE training another employee. The end results is they saved us over a thousand dollars and from having to needlessly replace the entire unit. Recommend 10/10 Davis Ford!

Great Service! Travis was here for the 1st PM and he was awesome. The good news was everything checked out ok. In addition he clearly marked the dampers (which were hidden near the ceiling) that the previous company never bothered to show me. Now the crib is even cooler! Thanks Travis!

Although the times for the check-up were mixed up, Travis was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain why he was doing things and how we could make our HVAC work better. He was also open to meeting my big dogs, which is always a plus.

Excellent experience working with them to replace my entire HVAC and heating system. My old system broke down and a previous technician had improperly diagnosed the issue. Davis Ford sent out their technician, Haddon, who was very knowledgeable, explained the problems with accompanying photos, gave a few options from a fix, and was able to source all the parts and install within the same week. The process of getting our AC unit up and running was seamless. It was easy to schedule the appointment and we were able to get a technician to fix the problem within 24 hours. Gary was exceptional in his knowledge and execution. He was able to explain the issue in layperson's terms so we felt educated in the process. An example of his detail was pointing out that AC condenser units that I was leaning toward adding would not have the same physical appearance which is very important and made a difference in my decision.
