Davis Ford Heating & Air Conditioning was extremely easy to work with from the initial call to the end of the technicians' visit. I had a furnace servicing and dryer vent cleaning, both guys that showed up were professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Davis Ford to all people that are looking for good honest hard-working professionals.

I have had my HVAC replaced and just had my hot water heater replaced by Davis Ford Barry Barker and both times the technicians have been wonderful. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions I had. David Ford had always been there to dispatch help when an issue came up. Great customer service and experienced and friendly technicians. Barry is very knowledgeable and patient with explaining. He also said me a lot of money by pointing out my old water heater and that it was about to die. Thanks Barry!!!!

Was able to make appt for next day. Tech arrived on time. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the AC running again. This is why I've been using Davis Ford AC since 1999. Reasonable $$$ too!

Professional courteous and timely. Larry Crow is the reason I use this company. His understanding of thermodynamics presented in lay terms gives me confidence that other companies don't. He is a straight shooter, not a snake oil salesman.

Our HVAC system was blowing fiberglass insulation up into our house which was making us sick. Haddon, our service tech, was able to identify our extremely strange, but serious problem after thoroughly checking through the entire ductwork system in the attic and the furnace in the garage.

Their services were prompt and professional. In just two days, Haddon and Gary were able to clean our air ducts, change our entire HVAC system, add an air purifier, and even remount our thermostat. We made an appointment for 8am and they still showed up on time even though they had to drive out two hours to pick up a new coil since everything is in short supply these days.

I can't praise them enough for being detail orientated and honest. They never tried to upsell me anything and gave very generous prices given the scope of the work. I'd definitely trust them again for any future HVAC related issues.

Amazing job! Professionals! On time! The first time they didn't even charge us for fixing the heat before the freezing day we got in December. Then the installation took place in 2 parts. One day , the AC and heating, the other day the water heater. No prepayment. They trusted us. They accepted our first check at the end of the first day of work. They offered us 4% discount.

Shooting Star did an oil burner repair on my old boiler. It required extra effort and multiple visits and Shooting Star staff (Jesse) did a professional job to ensure that it worked properly. Many thanks for going the extra mile!

Their technician Jesse was pleasant and professional. However the company we’ve been doing business with for over 20 years has been purchased by Davis Ford. I don’t have an opinion on them yet.

Jonathan Flores excels in his work. He conducts thorough inspections and manages biannual service and preventative maintenance for a three-zone air conditioning system, as well as an independent nine-zone in-floor radiant heating system. He skillfully diagnosed an issue with a twenty-five-year-old feeder pump and backflow preventer in the radiant heating system. With great expertise, he quickly removed the old pump by cutting the copper pipes on both sides and then connected pipes to the new pump, ensuring a seamless installation.

My gas furnace was not blowing hot air...which I sensed was the blower motor because it was hard to turn by hand.
The tech that came out was very pleasant, helpful and thorough. He ran some diagnostics and changed the capacitor (a $387 charge).
It worked for half a day.
The tech came back out and decided the real problem was the blower motor and gave me a quote of $900 for parts and labor.
I asked if they would install it for free since I already paid $387. He called his manager but my request was refused. Their offer was to put the $387 towards the $900. Even paying retail for the motor, it was still about $500 labor.
I ordered the appropriate replacement part online and did the work myself. 1.5 hours work.

My only issue with Davis Ford Heating & Air Conditioning was the labor price.
