this was a great air duct cleaning experience. the company called me the day before and again on the day of the service, just like i asked. tyrone and shawn arrived right when they said they would and made sure our air ducts were thoroughly cleaned. they were really careful with our home and took the time to explain each part of the process. i would absolutely recommend their air duct cleaning services in annapolis.

Tyrone came out to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. We are so glad we had this service done. Our house is about seven years old and we've never had the dryer vent cleaned, even though we've used the same dryer since moving in. With two yellow labs at home, there was definitely a lot of pet hair and dust built up. The air feels fresher now, and we can already tell the difference. I highly recommend getting your ducts and dryer vent cleaned, especially if you have pets.

We used B&B Annapolis when our heat went out suddenly. The technicians were knowledgeable and very kind. They stayed to troubleshoot the issue until they were able to run it to ground and our heat was restored.

We have had a service contract with B&B for mor than 25 years. They have performed semi-annual maintenance service and also repair/replacement as necessary all of those years and we have always been very satisfied; enough so that we have never considered switching to another company.

We called B and B on a Saturday because our furnace stopped working. Paul came and got the furnace heating again and was quick to say if we had further problems to call again even if it was the weekend. We appreciated the quick,pleasant and professional response we received.

B&B is always courteous and knowledgeable. They give me a report about my system and suggest improvements but never a hard sell. Josh is a super employee whom I always look forward to seeing as my service person.

Be prepared to be bombarded with calls and emails about service warranties even after you tell them no multiple times .

Beware! Our tenant called B&B Annapolis because the AC was not cooling properly. The tech came out and said that they did not carry the refrigerant to charge it up. The man said we needed a new system because they cannot charge it with freon. We did not need a new system. The next company he called came out and fixed it and stated that everyone in the HVAC knows that these units can be re-charged with a different refrigerant other than freon. Freon has been banned a for a while, but there is an alternative. This company charged $120 and did not give us an honest analysis. They wanted to sell us a new system which we did not need.
