Davis Ford is awesome. Their technicians, Dina and Spencer, came to our house to clean our ducts and dryer vent. They were amazing and did a fabulous job--all with a great attitude! They were meticulous and thorough and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

We woke up to a cold home and saw a system malfunction on our Carrier thermostat. Gary from Davis Ford came out the same day and was very friendly, thorough, and helpful. He checked for various issues, cleared a drain pipe, and got the system running again. He provided an estimate for a more in-depth repair, but did not pressure me to spend extra money. I will use Davis Ford again!

I just got my entire HVAC (gas furnace and AC) replaced with Davis Ford and can't recommend them more. We got multiple quotes but going with DF was an easy decision. Kevin really took his time to give us many options and explain in detail the differences in them (first to my husband and then all over again to me later on the phone, which had to have been annoying but he didn't make it seem like it was). He answered every question I had from heat pumps to SEERs to coolants and we really felt like we understood the different options so we could make the best decision for our home. It also helped that their pricing was good, especially understanding what we were getting for our dollar. DF was the clear choice.

Install couldn't have gone better, either. 3 days after we agreed to the work we had a new HVAC system installed (it took half a day). Simon, Christian and Dante were so professional and respectful of my home. I got the same DF treatment of having everything explained so I understood what was being done and how it works. When they left, my utility room and basement was *cleaner* than it was when they arrived (the vacuumed my utility room?!) and my house is now the perfect temperature — and for the first time the upstairs is the same degree as the downstairs, wild! The install was the exact quote I agreed to - no weird upselling or surprise fees at the end.

The entire experience left me feeling like I got a quality service from great people. And while I haven't had to use their maintenance services yet I know I can trust whoever they send out.

Despite some annoying scheduling and communication issues, we were impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the service technician, Barry Becker, who spent over 4 hrs. correcting the problem with our heat pump and who insisted on not leaving until he had satisfactorily addressed the issue. He also noted our defective thermostat which he arranged to replace on a return visit. Yet another 5 star performance!

Travis was thorough and quick, answering all my questions and explaining everything well. He explained what additional work I should consider, but it was informative instead of feeling like a sales pitch. I did not feel pressured at all, but will probably opt for some of the line items. I also had a large dog and two kids running around, which did not phase him. Polite, clean work. Will call Davis Ford in the future for any HVAC needs.

Awesome experience. Davis Ford cleaned our ducts. Polite, respectful, and did an amazing job. The job was twice the size they expected and yet, I felt certain they would scrub every square inch of our ducts to a perfect shine. Highly recommend.

Have used Davis Ford Heating & AC twice now and have had excellent experiences each time; I will continue to use them for all electrical and HVAC needs in the future.

For an electrical issue (Dec 2022):
I submitted an inquiry for a set of broken outlets in my garage at 9pm on Yelp and they reached out to me to schedule a free in-person consultation via their website. It was easy to find a time slot for the next morning with an arrival time between 8am-10am.

James L. arrived on time and was courteous and thorough. He patiently took the time to review the issue and answer any questions that I had.

What I loved: the ease of the automated scheduling through the website (there was no need to message back and forth like I did with other companies), free in-person consultation (other companies wanted to charge $100-150 service fee for just showing up), and James' friendly and thorough service. Give that man a raise!

For an AC issue (Oct 2023):
I easily scheduled an appointment via their website for 8am-noon. Joe C. and Gary S. showed up on time, and were courteous and thorough in investigating and remedying the issue. They were able to resolve the issue quickly while giving me a detailed explanation and photos of the process.

It was a really great experience from start to finish. It turned out the ducts in the house had never been cleaned that they could tell, and even though the ducts were filthy, they really went the extra mile to make them nice! Also, they arrived one-time, which was a pleasant change from some other service providers. We also had a small repair performed and the technician was friendly, helpful, and the price was quite reasonable. Going to recommend them to all of our neighbors! Thanks!

Barry was super helpful and clearly knows of the things. Davis Ford must also know that having great people is the key to building a lasting business, so take it from me, people like Barry are a rare find. Take good care of that guy!

We had a great experience from working with Gary and the rest of the team at Davis Ford! As a military family we really appreciated the care they took when replacing an HVAC system and coordinating an inspection. They explained the process in detail and offered an array of options. Hands down a great experience and would recommend them!

Barry Banks explained the problem and the solution and how to make the most efficient use of the heating system. He was a pleasure to have in our apartment. The office personnel on the phone were polite, informed and concerned that we the service was scheduled at a time most convenient to us. The system kept us informed/

Great experience overall. Gave me by far the best price on an HVAC replacement. All technicians have been professional and friendly and (I think) performed good work.

I had one weird technical issue with the system shortly after installation, and they had someone out at 8am the next day to fix it. Very responsive and clearly stand by their work.

Everyone we worked with at Davis Ford was excellent, especially our main contact Gary. He helped us determine the best, most efficient, and most aesthetically pleasing way to install high efficiency heating and cooling into a 100 year old house.

We had a GREAT experience with Davis Ford Heating & Air Conditioning today at one of our rental properties. Previously, we had used Davis Ford Heating & Air Conditioning to have our ducts completely cleaned. This time one tenant had the heat shut off last night. We contacted Davis Ford Heating & Air Conditioning this morning and 1) a live person answered 2) they were communicative as the process unfolded, 3) the technician contacted us when they were on the way.

Davis Ford Heating and Air Conditioning has great customer service and we needed to get an estimate for their original furnace and heating system that was over 30 years old. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.

I hired Davis Ford Heating & A/C for duct cleaning and to replace my A/C unit. They came out in three waves. I had a wonderful experience with Simon and Travis who were the ultimate professionals: honest, experienced, efficient, kind, courteous, and they had the integrity that every service provider should embody. Not only did they explain everything to me step by step, and answer all my questions, they stood by their excellent reputation and quickly returned to correct some errors made by a rookie repairman during installation. Simon, Travis and their operations manager, Jessica, made sure that I would receive high quality workmanship. That kind of attention to customer service is outstanding.

The Davis Ford Service Technicians, Carlos and Simon were excellent! They were very professional in performing their work. They were very polite when answering my questions. They were very respectful and cleaned up after working on the air conditioner. They were very careful when their work required attention to the equipment located outside in the very hot sun. I feel very fortunate that these gentlemen removed the broken air condtioner and successfully installed the new functioning unit that I am currently enjoying!
