I called Matt about a light that wouldn’t turn off in my basement. He was able to troubleshoot it with me right over the phone. If I ever need electrical work again, he’s the first person I’ll call!

OMG Matt is awesome! I was having problems with my garbage disposable. I google Handyman services near me. Baltimore Handyman services appeared at the top of the list with a five star rating. I discussed my issue with matt over the phone. Prior to a service call he attempted to instruct me how to resolve the issue via phone. The issue was RESOLVED. OMG! he saved me a 150.00 service call for a garbage disposable repair over the phone. I was so appreciative. I would strongly highly recommend Baltimore Handyman Services. I added Baltimore Handyman to my address book. ....Thanks again for the savings of 150.00

I have no idea if this handyman is great. I do know he makes himself available for service in a reasonable amount of time. He even answered my call on a weekend! He is not inexpensive. To come to my location in the same zip code as himself per Google, it was $175. My repair didn't seem so important after hearing that. The man is licensed and sounds like he takes pride in his work. Other reviews have given him high ratings for his work. Five stars for answering so promptly and to be willing to come out ASAP. Note that after I posted this review, he found my phone number and called me. What a surprise!

Matt was extremely helpful when our pipes froze and almost burst. He was professional throughout the whole experience and made sure that I knew step by step what was happening.

We were in a HUGE bind, and needed work done for the sale of our house at zero hour. Mark made himself available at a moment's notice, and went way above and beyond for us. His quality of work, and effort on the job were excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend Mark to anyone!

Matt Ryan was a life saver! I started to do a DIY flooring project, which I couldn't finish. I called Matt in a panic and he had me send him pictures. When I sent him pictures, he was trying to walk me through the trouble I was having, when that didn't work, he came over to take a look at it and began fixing the issue immediately. He stayed until 9PM and then came back the next morning. His level of detail and attention to things are amazing! We are having him come back to start a huge project with putting a closet in our living room and we can't wait to have him back! Not many handy men would try to help you, even before knowing you, but he did. This speaks highly of his character.

Very prompt and professional. Absolutely no mark up on materials. Provides you with all receipts for materials pryor to starting to starting work. Guides and explains every step of the way. Ryan is the true meaning of a professional handyman. Would highly recommend him for all your work needs.

I needed to find a handyman who was available during the holidays and willing to do ladder work to fix my flashing that had been damaged by the winds. The first two handymen I called wouldn't do ladder work. I found Matt, sent him a text about my problem. He asked for a picture so that he could assess the problem and come with the necessary materials. Arrived the next day (new year's eve), with all his gear and had it fixed in a hurry. No more hanging flashing!

I had a couple of other little tasks that he performed while he was here and we discussed some future work to fix our house some more in the spring. He even declined work I was suggesting for him to do as he thought it not a very cost effective use of our money.

When my gutter was clogged, I had trouble getting someone to return my messages for help. I called Matt Ryan of Baltimore Handyman on a Sunday at 4:30 PM. Not only did he answer the phone, but my gutter was cleaned by 8:30 AM the next morning. (He had the right ladder to reach the gutter of our 2 story house.) We will definitely keep his phone number handy for future needs !

Matt was very easy to work with. He was professional and timely, he clearly communicated how he was going to fix the problems. His rate is fair, he does high quality work, and he is amazingly efficient.

Ryan was quick to respond at a time when we could be home. He explained options and possibilities and realistic expectations thoroughly. He seems to really care about the quality of his work and I am very happy with the finished jobs he has done so far which includes caulking our tub to fix a leak and installing a flat screen TV (hiding the wiring). I appreciate the way he helps us understand our house (our investment) and issues to consider so that we can make educated decisions and feel confident as homeowners.

Matt Ryan has worked on numerous projects both large and small on our investment properties and on our own home. Matt has an attention to workmanship and detail which is rare in today's environment. He cares about his work and I have always been happy with the results.

Matt was great to work with, I had some roof work to be done and a flagpole to be installed on the house and called him up. He came over that night to take a look at the problem and had the work fixed the next day by noon. Would recommend, would use again.

We were trying to repair an office chair gas lift by going the DIY route, but the project became very difficult and I didn't have the right tools. We called Matt in the morning and he stopped by the office that afternoon and repaired the chair within 30 minutes. Very friendly and great same day service. I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone who needs a general purpose handyman who can turnaround a project quickly. He saved us a significant $$$ by not having to buy a new chair.

Had a problem with my door/lock. Matt came out when it was convenient for me and was a pleasure to work with. He fixed my problem and with an eye toward keeping it as cheap as possible for me, which I appreciated, as my problem was more nuisance than necessity and I did not want to spend an arm and a leg. A tree fell on my screen porch roof, ripping off my gutter , downspout , a few shingles and tearing through a screen. After weeks of calling several companies, I reached Matt Ryan at Baltimore Handyman on Monday. I sent pictures of the work and he was at my house today (Wed) and completed the repairs. His response time and customer service is exceptional, and the quality of the work is excellent. I have a "to do" list and will definitely use Matt to complete.
