Matt is amazing! I don't think there's anything this man can't do! I had a couch too large to fit through the doorway of my house so I needed a window taken out, the couch moved through and the window put back in place. I tried calling window companies who said no, I tried getting recommendations on Facebook and got a few sketchy people offer to come do it. Finally I found Matt online gave him a call and he was at my house within a half hour. He explained everything he did before he did it, was able to get the window out in one piece he even helped me move my couch through the window. Placed the window back exactly like he found it. I think he underprices himself for the quality of work he does. Excellent customer service, he'll keep you laughing the whole process. Highly recommend him and I will definitely be using him in the future!

Matt delivered excellent service. My garbage disposal was not working and the original handyman I called never showed up. I called Matt at 4pm on a Friday, he asked me to send pictures and then showed up an hour later with a brand new garbage disposal just in case he needed it - which he did. He explained why the last one broke, installed the new one properly and was done in under an hour. Excellent service and was very professional.

Called and left Matt a message about a broken garbage disposal and a bunch of various little finishes (hanging shelves, mounting a TV, painting, etc). After getting my message, Matt was here within 10 min to fix my disposal and get started on some of the small items. Very quick and professional. I won't hesitate to call him again in the future.

Matt Ryan is an invaluable resource for home repairs. I had a bathroom leak dripping water into our dining room, a dryer malfunction, and a broken garbage disposal. I had called another plumber and left multiple messages for two weeks with no reply. Based solely on Google reviews, I called Matt on a Sunday afternoon hoping to make a future appointment. He called me back within minutes to discuss my options and was upfront about costs. Despite it being a weekend, Matt was at my home within the half hour. He addressed all of my needs quickly and with expertise, and came prepared with tools and replacement parts. He will be my first call for next repairs. I recommend him without hesitation!

Good contractors are hard to find--and finding good general handymen are near impossible. Matt Ryan was amazing. While other handyman companies failed to return calls or show up, Matt fit me into his busy schedule to help make some last minute cosmetic repairs when the wind blew a shutter off my house. Matt was the man in helping me out on my rental property. As a teacher, it's safe to say that I don't have money to blow. Matt provided me a very reasonable price and exceptional service in finding a leak, repairing it, and repairing the water damage that had occurred. He was very friendly, thoroughly explained the entire process as he went along, and most importantly, did a great job cleaning up so the space was ready again for my tenants.

Matt was awesome! I called today, Christmas Eve, and he came by in no time (about 30 minutes). He fixed 4 things and suggested a better way to fix my basement after Hurricane Sandy. He has given me the lowest estimate so far. And he dealt with my dogs. He seems very knowledgeable about every house hold project. I would recommend him to anyone.

I called Matt needing some work to be done the following day. Even though he had commitments, he worked after hours to make sure I met my deadline.

After much worry that I wasn't going to be able to get a handyman out in time to repair a leak in my bay window before the next rainfall, Matt came to the rescue and answered my call and follow-ups promptly, unlike many other contractors I had attempted to call. He came out at 6:30pm on a Friday and worked until 8:30pm successfully completing the repair. Since he was willing to work the late extra hours that day, he saved me from having additional interior damage which would have resulted in more repairs and more expenses. Matt does a great job of walking you through your repair options to find the best fit for you and is very knowledgeable in the field. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone I know.

Matt provided same day service for an emergency leak. Not only did he solve the problem, he also did all of the repair work to the drywall and framing and even touch up painted. Matt was great! Called him yesterday afternoon and quickly made an appointment for this morning. Matt arrived on time and was very professional. I had a random electrical outage on the main floor of my house. Matt did some troubleshooting and within an hour figured out what caused the outage. A few minutes later the issue was fixed. Matt Has Helped with with a property that I'm selling in Baltimore and I'm out of state. He has completed securing my house for me after a break in and was able to get some windows replaced as well as install a gas stove for me. Matt stands behind his work and I recently called him on a Saturday to ask for his help again. Matt was able to same day go out to my rental property and resolve the issue that had come up during the home inspection process. Matt sends me clear videos of the work that he completed so that I can rest assured that he is doing exactly what he said that he would do. I would recommend Matt Ryan to help if you're an out of town landlord or property owner.

I feel so lucky and grateful that I found Matt. I had tried to have a stair lift installed in my house, that I bought used. Due to factors involving my health, I really needed this done. Well I had a friend who did the installation but had not returned my calls about putting in batteries and testing the unit.

Matt not only came over within 24 hours of my phone call, but tried his best to get it to run. I know he's not a specialist in this but the fact that he tried to fix something that he is not accustomed to repairing, meant a lot to me. He tried various things but the bottom line is this was used unit and we don't know what damage may have been done to it before I purchased it. But he did very kindly fix my light in my front porch area, which gave me a huge sense of relief because I am now able to see at night and come and go safely from my house.

Matt has completed two projects in my home. Neither of which proved to be the most straightforward. However, he is so knowledgeable and skilled that I had absolutely no concern as to whether or not the projects would be done successfully. His work truly speaks for itself. I appreciate not having to worry about if a project will be done correctly and to my satisfaction. I also appreciate his honesty and transparency regarding the estimated costs. Overall, Matt is extremely professional and I would recommend him many times over.

Matt was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. He does quality work and doesn’t mark up job supplies. Work was scheduled and completed quickly and efficiently (less than a week total for 2 projects) at a reasonable price. He made safety a priority when unforeseen hiccups came up in the job. A simple garbage disposal install turned into a fairly large electrical issue and Matt was quick to pivot and fix it to his standard.
