Matt just saved our kitchen! My husband discovered water leaking out from under our fridge. One quick call to Matt and he was able to come out same day and take care of it. He was friendly, professional, and upfront about costs. We've been looking for a handyman and now we have one. We will definitely recommend him.

Rude people they block the side walk with there stupid equipment, have to walk in the street , they walk pass and brush my shoulder and doesn't say excuse me

Maggie from Brightview saved the day for me and my team. We needed a seasonal planting before we could reopen our Seasonal Rooftop Pool and Bar and she jumped into action. We were under a time constraint and Maggie sent out a prep team to do most the the dirty work. This way when the plants do arrive the final product will be phenomenal without any mess. Jeff Shriner and team had done phenomenal work at Stonegate community. Bring a brand new community, we had many challenges from landscaping perspective. Jeff and team took an personal initiative to address each and every concern making our community more beautiful. Thank you Jeff for being so professional and on top of everything.

They cut out Parkview trial community and when they cut, boy do they do a terrible job! When they come and cut, they forget a lot of common areas and they don’t even trim! For the height that they cut, they do it on the highest setting possible! They were here only a few days ago and the grass has already grown back a lot

We have had Gold Seal do several projects. Renovating a bathroom including changing out the plumbing and new tile. Addressing leaks in our roof in our sunroom and installing new fixtures in an additional bathroom. Both their staff and their subcontractors have been excellent. We have been using Gold Seal for many years and have been very satisfied with their work.

These guys do amazing work, I'm so grateful they're covering Annapolis now.

Warning- Run from fraud company. First, experience was job replacing entrance tiles at vacation property. Entire project had to be replaced correctly. Regretted supporting Deilbert Adams Gold Seal. Now, not sure, but heard through rumor mill, he purchased legendary original owners name. Slow, poor craftsmanship, rude, non English speaking workers. Messy.

We have had Gold Seal on call at our 75 year old property in Hampton for nearly 25 years. Our reliance on Gold Seal has increased as we have aged [eg: No more ladder time!]. Jeremy took on the task of finding willing companies, handling the details of estimates, and now the project is underway - under his supervision. Ethan, Ryan and Manley from the Gold Seal Services team helped come in and reconstruct my old basement after a yucky sewage backup. They were amazing - they're work product was incredible, very high attention to detail and the thing I appreciate most was the customer service and care they provided to me as I am very cautious around older materials in my home. They communicated with me every step of the way and have even agreed to come help remove doors for a new washer to be delivered. Excellent all around, I know who to call next time I have home needs! Great people.
