The first thing I liked is that Romi came to the house to see what needed to be done, and he made some good suggestions and pointed out that another tree should be pruned because it can cause issues. Communications were very simple. Text and email. The office manager came on site to discuss some findings and make some other recommendations based on a review the team did. I was not expecting them to check other areas of the tree they were pruning. All in all, great service, great communication, and overall great to deal with. Price was also very reasonable. They removed 3 trees and pruned a few.

OMG...this is the second time PTS has cut 8 trees each time on our property. Today was the second of 8 and the last 130 foot tall southern pine tree near power lines. The guys are so smart, so engineering intelligent, and have cut that last tree perfectly. And they clean up all of the debris. They are beyond fabulous from the gentleman in the bucket truck to the guys on the ground cleaning the debris...just fabulous! They work as a crew and understand each other and the precision the guy in the bucket truck cuts these trees is just a marval. He is so smart in calculating everything with the fall of the tree is incredible. These are super professionals and we highly, highly recommend them!

Pikesville Tree Service did a terrific job. I had a huge tree overhanging my house dropping branches which breaks my slate roof. The wires coming into the house was in the way. They took care of everything from A to Z! Professional, On time, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently! I would Absolutly use them again.

Pikesville Tree Service pruned back a very large Bradford pear tree growing right next to my house. They were so easy to work with from the beginning all the way through! Julie assisted with scheduling the estimate, communicated with me throughout scheduling of the work, came over the day before and the morning of to make sure my street was enough cleared to get the equipment in (I live in Baltimore City in a rowhouse and my street is TIGHT!), and stuck around until all the work was completed. The guys on site cutting back the tree were friendly and the work was completed quickly! They were also happy to go back in and cut back more of the tree after their initial work. Pikesville Tree Service came today to Florida to help with relief and storm damage expected by hurricane Milton over the next few days.
