I scheduled to have a deep clean of my three level 2060 square-foot home. I was quoted a total of four hours for $640. The cleaning team arrived on time and they were done within the four hour timeframe. When I arrived back home the house initially looked clean overall. As I began to walk each room, though I quickly realize that I received more of a standard cleaning, not the deep cleaning that I paid for. There were still dust bunnies under my credenza as well as behind my master suite bathroom door. There was still some residue on my kitchen floor around the table and chairs, where the children sit (as seen in the photos below). The kitchen counters and island countertop also were not thoroughly cleaned. There was still residue on both that required me to clean.

Again, I want to reiterate that the team did clean the home, they just did not do a deep clean, which again is what I was charged for. I just wish that I would’ve either gotten the thorough deep clean or been charged less for just a standard cleaning.

It was disappointing to have to clean certain areas myself, especially after paying money so that I wouldn’t have to do this. In the attached photo, you can clearly see the dirt and residue on the Clorox wipe that I used to scrub the area of the kitchen floor that was not properly cleaned.

The team did a wonderful job and were thorough and professional. We are very grateful for their hard work to make our home so clean, and for their kindness to us!

I first want to say that 98% of everything they cleaned was great. My issue was with the time it took and them not completing everything that was explained to me on the phone when I set up the appointment. Especially after they asked for more time to complete and still didn't complete.

2 Fantastic young ladies, they worked very hard the first day for about 7 hours straight. Would not even take a lunch break. Came back the next day ahead of time and worked another 6 hours, they did everything, windows, doors floors, cabinets, refrigerators, tubs, showers, carpets, and much more! They were so good that we are hiring them every quarter. So 4 times a year.

Called on a Thursday needing cleaning after contractor left much construction dust behind! Merry Maids came next day. Team of two ladies who were efficient and conscientious. They did a good cleaning of the areas that needed it so badly. My first time ever using a cleaning service, but I will definitely use them again! Thanks Merry Maids!
