The communication was great throughout the process. I got an appointment within my desired time frame. I received a text to remind me of my appointment the day before and to give me an update on an earlier estimated arrival time which worked out great. I received a phone call and text when the techs were on their way and they arrived on time. The process of cleaning the air ducts was explained thoroughly and went very smoothly and quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to be shown photos of the ducts before and after they were cleaned and also received the photos via email afterward. This made the experience very satisfying to actually see the difference. Without the photos you have to take their word that they've done a thorough job which in the past was fine for me because I trust this company but the photos give you extra peace of mind that you're getting what you paid for. The price for what you get is also a great value and they give a repeat customer discount. I have referred my friends and family and will definitely use Air Duct Pros in the future.

Originally I was going to leave a five star review, as they were on time, efficient, and the vents definitely were cleaner than when they started.

However, a few weeks after the cleaning I started finding metal filings randomly on the ground in my basement (mostly from them becoming embedded in my feet), and soon realized that Air Duct Pros had not cleaned up the metal filings from the holes they drilled in the ductwork for the cleaning.

I have a dog (which they knew, since they asked if I had any pets when they were bringing equipment in and out of the house) and cannot believe they left my basement like this.

I have vacuumed the areas where they drilled the holes at least four times since, and continue to find metal filings every time I am in the basement. I also found metal filings on top of my dehumidifier, which means they almost certainly fell into the vents at the top of the dehumidifier (we’ll see if this $180 dehumidifier fails prematurely).

Typically I would reach out to the business first, but this is life safety critical and therefore egregious enough for a direct one star review.

Had an awesome experience and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely go with Air Duct Pros for my future needs. Professional, timely, and thorough. All steps of the process were explained to me and my home was returned to the state it was in before the work. 10/10

I hired Air Duct Pros after reviewing numerous other company reviews. We previously had our dryer vent cleaned by another company and within weeks our dryer was shutting off for improper air flow due to still being 80% clogged. The reviews from other customers left me feeling that they were an honest company. One big difference this company offered compared to most of the other companies is that they charge a flat rate for cleaning. Other companies don’t tell you, or mislead customers to believe it will cost one price but then after service they are charged more with them stating the service only included a certain amount of feet and anything over that costs more per foot.

They got us in within days of our call. When the techs came they were very nice. They talked to us first about expectations and other things that could be causing blockage of air with what our duct was doing. The came and climbed under my low patio, filled with cob webs and creepy crawlers, and cleaned out our vent. They told us how many attachments they used (feet in the vent) so we would know how many feet our duct was if we needed it done again or if we wanted to buy our own vent kit. They were very honest with us and offered us great advice.

I recommend this company. Don’t fall for other company gimmicks you see on Groupon or in the news paper ads. They are all so deceiving!! This company is honest and tells you flat rates for their services. You can’t go wrong with an honest company.

Fantastic job! Almost went with a scam company, but caught on once they started tacking on a bunch of fees. Switched over to this company, and they charged exactly what they said they would charge. Showed before and after photos showing the work they did, and also made me aware of an unknown secondary air filter that was completely clogged and soggy. Shoutout to Dwayne (hopefully spelled that right)

Everyone from the front office to the staff on site doing the work was extremely professional, courteous and kind. The work was done quickly efficiently and good clean up afterwards. Thanks for taking care of the vents for us!

Company was very professional and quickly scheduled an appointment. They called to let me know they were going to be a few minutes late in arriving. They quickly identified the problem with the system and let me know that they could not address the problem, but they did make recommendations as to which company to use. They reduced the cost of their visit due to the fact that they could not take care of the systems issues. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very businesslike. I would recommend Air Duct Pros.

Professional, efficient, informative and delightful! Air Duct Pros showed up on time, explained everything they were doing, and provided before and after pictures. I plan on using them again in the future.

Crew was courteous and overall communication was good. However, the crew seemed rushed and it showed in their subpar cleanup afterwards. I had to clean the floors, bathroom sink, and some of the walls. Call it being picky but businesses want top dollar for their service/product but you certainly don’t get what you pay for. Probably would not use again.

Air Duct Pros were hired to clean our 2 system HVAC ducts. Dwayne and Eric arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional. The communication throughout the process could not have been smoother. They completed the process on time and then we had them do our dryer vent- again extremely competent and efficient. I could not be happier with the process and the outcome. The air feels, smells, and appears cleaner and crisp. They needed to open into the heating systems and left patches that are seemless and professionally finished. This may have been the best experience with a vendor ever and we were amazed how quick, efficient, and courteous the service was. I only wish I could give higher than 5 stars. Thank you

Our experience with Air Duct Pros was exceptional from start to finish! I called around to a couple of duct cleaning companies but this locally owned, family run business immediately stood out both in terms of service and price. Our appointment was originally scheduled a couple of weeks out but I asked Melissa to let me know if they had any cancellations. She contacted me twice with earlier spots. Duane, the owner, came on Christmas Eve and he and his partner were extremely professional, thorough and efficient! They took pictures of the before and after and sent them to us and, wow, what a difference! We will absolutely use Air Duct Pros again in the future.

I absolutely LOVED this team! Duane and team were AWESOME! This company was recommended by my landlord, who takes very good care of her sites, and they did not disappoint. The customer service and communication to set up the appointment went smoothly and was exactly what I needed - they texted me in real time with a real person (Melissa) who informed me of the process, gave me choices on dates and times, and let me know how long it’d take. When the team arrived the day of service, they arrived on time; they explained the service to me and exactly what they were gonna do; and they did exactly that! No gimmicks! No scams! They were amazing and upstanding! They’re also dog-friendly, and my pup followed one of the guys around to inspect his work 🤣, and they didn't mind a bit. Just the loveliest people! When I eventually buy a home, I'm definitely using Air Duct Pros, Inc.!
