The technician was knowledgeable and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I hope I don't have problems with my HVAC in the future, but I will call Brumwell's again if I do.

Our HVAC unit stopped cooling sometime in the night or morning. The outside fan was not running and we suspected a bad capacitor. We called in the late morning for a service appointment. Mr. Brumwell arrived the same day in the afternoon, confirmed the bad capacitor, replaced the capacitor and had the system running in about 15 minutes. A big hat tip to Mr. Brumwell and his company. We look forward to doing more business with Mr. Brumwell and his company.

They installed new AC and heat pump 6 months prior to my purchase of my house. Emergency heat kept coming on and it would not stop running. Took 6 months to get service, I had a warranty. They said they couldn't find a problem and put a new thermostat in. I had to hire a separate company to find out what was wrong. The refrigerant lines were not upgraded when the new unit was installed. I was finally able to get them to come fix it. They ran the COPPER REFRIGERANT LINES along the CEILING, on the INTERIOR OF MY WALLS. From the heat pump, down a hall, into a bedroom, around it then down the wall, under a window and through a hole that was drilled to the outside unit. My complaint was answered with "just slap some molding on it" so I have been stuck with it because I am unable to afford what it would cost to have it done correctly.

Our air conditioning stopped working. We call Brumwell in the morning, and the technician was at our house around 4:00 P.M. The tech diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. He also reduced our bill because the job was not as difficult as estimated. Great job Brumwell! We highly recommend the service!

We have been working with Brumwell for years and really appreciate the service they provide. They do semi-annual maintenance on the HVAC at 2 properties and have serviced our units as needed. Glenn Brumwell is always responsive, particularly in time-sensitive situations, he is professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Brumwell for good quality service.

We bought a townhouse in the colgate neighborhood, The AC has been getting ice on the cooper pipes from the inside unit to the compresor outside, the contractor that sold us the house gave told us that all service heating and cooling installed the new unit.
We contacted all service heating and cooling several times left a voice message because he won’t pick up the phone. I don’t know who gives this guy 5 stars when they don’t answer messages.
Be careful on trusting this company now I am just going to hire someone to fix what this company did wrong.

Christmas Eve morning my heating system shut off. The worst time possible- Holiday and a Saturday! All Service H&C was recommended by another HVAC company. I called hoping to at least leave a message. Someone actually answered immediately (Brian) I think- was pleasant, understanding and said he would get a tech out asap. (Yeah right) Much to my shock and surprise a technician showed up less than one hour later. I don't remember his name (sorry). He was in a good mood. Fixed my system. Wrote up a very reasonable bill. I offered snacks, coffee and a tip. Thank you All Service! Merry Xmas you made mine.

I had a very pesky problem with my gas furnace and these guys wouldn't quit until it was working properly and to my satisfaction. This meant multiple trips out to my location and having to crawl through a tight attic space each time. On one of the trips, the owner came out himself to assess the problem. Many thanks to Brian and his team of professionals. 10 Stars !!

I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend All Service Heating & Cooling. We just had an awesome experience with them after our compressor died last week. They were able to come out the same day I called and got it running. It was a 24 year old compressor though and died this week. They again came out same day, did not charge for the second visit. In the end, we needed a completely new outdoor unit and indoor coil. They got the quotes together quickly and fit us in before the weekend. Stacey manages the service calls and was the absolute best to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way, even calling me before the office was technically open. All the folks who came to the house were professional and courteous. 10/10 - absolutely recommend.

Everyone we interacted with at A.J. Michaels was amazing. Shortly after getting quotes our water heater failed. Chris, our initial contact, worked hard to get us a temporary unit and get us on the schedule. The guys who came to instal our new high efficiency boiler and water heater were amazing. They worked hard and did beautiful work. The system was in in record time and has been working flawlessly the month we've had it. We will definitely work with them again on other projects.
