I have had AJ Michaels replace my HVAC and my hot water heater plus do some additional work for me. They've been great to work with at a fair price.

Had problems with the hot water heater and it had to get replaced under warranty and they were on top of it. I'd definitely recommend them.

Excellent job. They were always on time, very professional and finished the job when they said they would. I received three quotes and AJ won. I would definitely use them again.

AJ Michaels did great work in installing a new furnace and air conditioning system in our 170 year old house. The installers were very professional, informative, and just nice guys. The company worked with us to make it happen when it was discovered that the coil was beyond salvage, thus adding the AC unit (which was already pushing 30 years old).

We needed to have our hot water heater and our HVAC system replaced in our post and beam home which had it's own set of challenges. AJ Michaels has a great reputation and it's obvious that they earned it! From the initial consultation to the installation, they were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They were so careful with the installation-Rick and Jake put down paper to protect the floors and there wasn't a trace of dust or debris when they were finished. The unit was perfectly installed and they put in extra vents so we're looking forward to cooler summers and warmer winters. And they were just so professional and quiet! You would never have known that major work was being done. Highly recommend and my puppy was sorry to see them go!

AJ Michaels replaced our old mini-split system. It looks far better than the original installation. They ran the lines through our eaves instead of along the outside of our house, which is how the previous contractor did it. The very few places with exposed lines are fully covered by line-hide. Very professional work.

It has been nine months since AJ Michaels installed our new Carrier Air Conditioning System, Gas Furnace and an AO Smith Water Heater. I waited this long to provide a review in order to see how we would fare during a summer and most of a winter season. I am happy to say we did so without any problems!
Here I want to provide some details about dealing with AJ Michaels. I asked for proposals from three contractors and eventually selected AJ Michaels. Paul’s proposal was competitive and detailed. He was great to deal with and willing to incorporate several changes that I asked for.
Once the work started, Cale and Kurt did a great job installing our new high efficiency HVAC systems and the new Water Heater. They are both an asset to your company. Very professional! They covered the carpeted floor, steps and all work areas. They were careful removing the old equipment and bringing in the new units. Did a great job installing the new furnace intake and exhaust pipes, the Aprilaire air cleaner & humidifier. Very pleased! The plumbing for the new Water Heater and location of the expansion tank looks great. All AC drainage piping looks great and easy to unclog if and when needed. Paul and Stanley did a great job installing a chimney liner for the water heater. Thank you AJ Michaels for a completing a big job in a very professional manner!

The rep that provided the estimate was fair and accurate. The projected started on time, finished on time with no surprises. Don't know much about this place sorry

I will NEVER use this company again. Larry, Curly showed up and quickly dispersed in my home. One of the technicians was shocked that I only had less than 10 vents in my small house. He said, "it's gotta be more...this is a whole house"! I told him, I think I know how many vents I had. While one technician was reviewing the vents, another went downstairs. He returned showing me some lame picture claiming my blower was dirty. I had no idea if that was my furnace or some random person's picture. He should have called me downstairs to see it. The other technician returned from outside (mind you no one changed their protective booties. The same germs they obtained from outside, was brought in my home. The one walked in and out several times. They never touched their booties). I asked how much would that cost. They said let me go get the Supervisor (Mo, the third party of this 3 stooges team). Before the technician left, I mentioned okay, I'm on a budget. He mentioned, "Everybody's on a budget). He was so unprofessional, first the "whole house" comment now this. The supervisor said that will be $5xx.00. I kind of blacked out after he said $5 hundred. I can't remember if he said $550 or $530. I told him no thank you. I ended up contacting another company. It turned out, that picture was not a picture of my motor. Sears tried to pull a fast one. Thank God, I didn't fall for it. I've used Sears before to clean my vents. I wasn't happy with them, but I was trying to save $$. I thought the job was great until I hired a professional company who provided pictures, and proof of a thorough job. One of my friends also had a similar experience with them. Sears cleaned her ducts and vents of her newly purchased home. She showed me a picture of how much dust and dirty they left behind. They are not professional, they didn't do a good job for neither one of our homes. Even the the appointment taker was rude. She tried to upcharge me for travel time., a charge that's not present when you book online. smh. That should have been my first clue. Never again....you get what you pay for. $99.00 duct cleaning....don't believe the hype.

After a surprisingly thorough inspection of my A/C system, the technician took the time to explain everything clearly. The unit now runs smoothly, and I noticed the improved efficiency immediately.

Called on a Sunday morning left a message my system was not working. He called back, I was on my to church, left the door unlocked, came back home to a working system. I wasn't charged for a weekend house call. Awesome company.
