Wow!!! I called today (2-1-21) to have them come out and see why my house was not heating. Through pictures and face time Mr. Mike helped me trouble shoot to get the heat up and running. As of now we are thinking it might just be a very dirty air filter. Mr Mike was very helpful and kind. He will be my go to guy for any heating and air conditioning issues I may have moving forward.

The work was done quickly. I had some outlets and lights installed in my basement. Damon had the work done quicker than I thought it would be. I will definitely be using Prime One again.

My wife and I hired Prime One to install a ductless heat pump in our unheated finished basement. I have some experience in this field but not enough to do myself. So, I'm telling these folks I need two wall hung units. They told me one and they were right. Just one.

The space is 20x40 feet with 8 foot ceilings. 1 unit was enough. The install is neat, clean was completed on time at the estimate they quoted.
