Damon was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC. He helped repair the capacitor in my unit and helped educate me and my fiancé about maintaining our unit. We will be taking advantage of the annual maintenance service offered.

Damon from Prime One Services was able to come out and assist me with reviewing a boiler repair. I had used a different service and they awful! Damon provided me a two hour time window and came out the same day I called. He reviewed the previous work, made the appropriate adjustments and even explained to me how the gauges and valves worked on the boiler. It was a very much needed positive experience after 2 weeks of poor service. I highly recommend Prime One Services!

Damon came to the property very promptly on an emergency call. My heating system was not working. He diagnosed the problem and showed me what was wrong with the system. He quoted me a very fair price for the work he did. Once completed he checked back with me to make sure everything was running smoothly. DO NOT USE THEM! I was charged $600 to have 2 people (one wasn't even a plumber) just LOOK at the problem. Didn't even do any work. I was then quoted a price and I agreed for them to execute the work. THEN I get an additional bill for their "service charge." And get this...$300 an hour to LOOK at the problem plus a service charge of $65 on their service charge. If you are looking to be taken advantage of, hit with exorbitant fees and stolen from, this is the company for you. If you only do business with ethical companies like my company, AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST.
