**Google, you should have a "consumer beware" option**

Today I called Mr. Lowery to discuss a service that he performed on my unit last year. When I called and "introduced" the issue to him, immediately he was defensive. Unfortunately, Mr. Lowery would not allow me to talk and fully explain my issue, he was combative and extremely rude. I never once raised my voice to him nor was I rude or abrasive. I continued to explain the issue, that within 12months of him performing HVAC maintenance, the unit was overheating due to the coils needing to be cleaned. Cleaning the coils is in writing as a service that he supposedly performed LY. The new technician who is completely unrelated, said that the cleaning had never been done. He can attest that the area that the unit is located, dust and debris would not accumulate like that within a year. I asked him to come out and check the unit and he said that he would but he would charge me, I stated that this issue is an issue that he supposedly addressed last year and that I should not be charged. Additionally, the maintenance that he performed was grossly overpriced. I asked that he not charge us and he began to rant about him not asking me to work for free.

As Mr. Lowery escalated he exclaimed "that is why I don't like working with Black women, you always try to be alpha." That is what he said to me as I pressed to stay on topic and explain to him my issue.

He said that I called him a liar and a thief and those words never came out of my mouth. I simply stated the findings from the new technician and compared them to the work he was contracted to do on our HVAC last year. I asked him to come out and to talk with my husband. He then said that he didn't want to come to my home to be assaulted.

Disparaging accusations, racial/gender profiling and biases continued to spew out of his mouth. He is not professional and I would caution allowing this man into my home without someone else in the home with me.

Do not do business with him! I wish I would have looked at these reviews before contracting him last year. He is indeed what he accused me of calling him and I have the proof. I will be taking my claim/issue further and will also choose a new home warranty company.

**He hung up on me twice. How is this man still in business?

Technician notified me of a cancellation and came to fix my hot water heater. Easy to communicate with a sends text reminders. Fixed problem on the spot.

My water heater sprung a leak about a week ago. I called our home warranty company and they assigned Lowery Heating. He came to our home and analyzed the problem. Once he noticed that my husband was a HVAC tech he asked him why didn't he fix it? My husband said he has a warranty service for when things break so that he wouldn't have to fix it. Anyway he said we needed a new water heater which we already knew. So he said that he will put the claim in an all we had to do was agree to the fees. He then asked my husband to purchase an expansion tank, pan, and 2 valves and asked him to move a gas line. He said this way he wouldn't charge that much for the work to be done since hubby was getting the items. After a week he comes the following Saturday to install the water heater. He gets upset because my husband didn't move the gas line like he asked him. My husband replied that he wasn't going to do anything when we have to pay him $455.00 to the job which he said was very high to only install a water heater. He then said he would have to charge more because now he has to do extra work and this wasn't charged in his assessment. So we immediately call Choice because we aren't paying you more than what Choice told us we had to pay. So he said he had to call Choice to resubmit his claim. He actually left and didn't even tell my husband he was leaving. We called Choice and let them know he was trying to get more money from us. They informed us that no more money was required. About an hour later we received a email stating that our work order will be reassigned because the technician refused to do the job. So basically because he couldn't overcharge us he denied our service which was fine because after seeing the negative reviews for his service I didn't want him working on the system anyway. He is a con man and tries to get over on people. I try and support small businesses but when they do you the way Mr. Lowery does I will continue to use big brand companies.

This company was amazing! The technicians were efficient and my repairs was completed in a short time.The lead technician, Mr. Lowery was very knowledgeable . Not only did he explain the issue, he shared tips and information on how to deter future problems. I would definitely recommend this company to family, friends, and anyone that would inquire.

Choice Warranty assigned this company to fix my furnace. Mr. Lowery called to confirm last night and never showed up today or called or answered his phone today. I waited 4 hours for him to arrive. CHW also called him today and he did not answer. I decided to look up the company and found all these negative reviews about Mr. Lowery. Choice Warranty seems to do poor job of vetting the vendors they use. I will not be renewing with Choice Warranty for my home warranty. I guess the fact that Mr. Lowery did not show up today was a blessing. I hope he loses his license to operate because he his extremely unprofessional.

My heat was not working I called Mr. Lowery I sent him the pictures he let me know that my warranty just expired 45 days ago I wasn't able to pay all at one time he came through for me and my family when it was 30 degrees outside. He came saw conquered and put me in a position to be able to afford to get it fixed . after calling around he gave me the best price and the best advice so I will be calling him for everything that I need he knows everything very knowledgeable about fixing the problem and teaching how to maintain your appliances

Great service provided by Lowery Hearing and Air. The rep even provided useful tips to my young son on how to prevent another service call. Will definitely have Choice Home Warranty to add them to my top provider profile.

Mr. Lowry is extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. I am so grateful we were assigned to work with him from Choice (the only positive of having their home warranty). He went above and beyond to help our family, and I am so thankful. Reliable Professional and man of his word. My furnace broke over the weekend. He came to see what was needed and first thing Monday morning him along with his son came and repaired my furnace. He’s a man of his word. Very professional and polite. He really came and save the day. He cares about his customers. Good honest quality work. Worth every penny spent.

Mr. Lowery is an amazing man and worker, I don’t understand the many bad reviews because this man has went above and beyond for my home. The person who sold me my house did lousy work horrible in fact and Mr. Lowery came and fixed up my whole basement and my furnace, he did that work last year and I haven’t had any problems since, He is very informative if you have any questions he does not hesitate to answer them. He’s very reliable and very professional. If I have any more problems with my house he will be the first person I call. We have created a great relationship and I highly recommend him !

Mr Lowery was very professional and was able to come service my home earlier than expected. He was very knowledgeable in his craft and I loved the fact that he did not try and push for other services that was not needed (like others before him). I also like that it is family owned and I will be looking for him to do some upcoming renovations!! Thank you Mr. Lowery!!

CJ is great. Came out, got my heater working after another company told me I needed a new furnace. He worked back some issues I didn’t even know we had and answered any questions I had about the system while he worked. Took his time and made sure it was done correctly. His knowledge and expertise showed. We talked about our kids and how he got into the business which is what I want when dealing with anyone in service. Felt like a really solid guy. I had Lowery Heating, Air & Construction come to my home for a leak, from my bathroom to the kitchen. I also had him look at my plumbing connection for my washing machine. The leak was done in a day. The plumbing for the washing machine was done in 3 days. The service I received was outstanding 👏 He knew what the problems were. I haven't had any problem since the service. I was totally impressed with the speed of service. I was scheduled for a week but the company tried to fit me in their schedule that same day. Although it didn’t happen , he came the day after the holiday. This means I was moved from 7 days to 2 days. When he arrived , he was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Thank you Mr. Lowery. Mr.Lowery did a fantastic job getting the furnace going in our rental unit. I had a tenant move in on a Sunday to find out that the heat was not working and it was 32 degrees outside. Mr. Lowery was able to get there on a days notice, correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem. We also asked him to perform a maintenance on the unit while he was there. Mr Lowery and his crew came out to unstop a drain clog and patch a leaking pipe. His diagnoses was very thorough and the issues were completely resolved. Pipe work had been done years ago (incorrectly) that cumulatively created our drainage problems. Mr CJ & his crew worked diligently to resolve every issue, replaced pipes, sealed the leak, and had the toxic materials disposed & all involved areas were sanitized. Lowery’s can handle whatever your plumbing needs may be. His work is guaranteed! We have no problem giving him a 5 Star review and we highly recommend him and his company. You will be very satisfied!
