My home warranty connected me with Lowery Heating and Air. We had no problems! Mr. Lowery confirmed our appointment, showed up within the stated window and worked tirelessly to solve our plumbing problem. We did need to pay more than the service fee, but that is an issue I'll have to take up with CHW.

Mr. Lowery did a fantastic job working through my plumbing issue. He was assigned by Choice Home Warranty and I had never used his services. He was professional and knowledgeable, and explained what had to be done. Additionally, he was so polite and pleasant. I really appreciated the time he spent at my home. I highly recommend his company.

Predatory home improvement company. Took advantage of my Mom. she took out a loan for $32K ; paid directly to the DD Air conditioning (contracted vendor) and Heating by the State of MD. My mom was charged considerably for the work, where roofing was incorrectly installed on a low slope roof, where the vendor neglected to vent the exhaust fan (they installed), where the vendor neglected to seal the existing vents (which are now leaking) and where the vendor provided her no documentation of a warranty. My mom reached out several times over since 2012. I had to find an email address and the actual mailing address since the license number and the phone number on her paperwork were incorrect.

Baltimore Heating and Air Conditioning showed strong attention to detail. The technician tested everything before leaving. Very happy with the service.

5 Stars for Best Mechanical! They fixed my old gas furnace and have worked on my A/C unit a few times as well. I always get fast and friendly service I can count on!

Worst Sevice I have ever experience ,by far! Air Condition been down now for 5 days and still not fixed. No communications between technician and office or customer ! Need to order parts after 5 days and another 5 to 6 days for delivery. Don't they know its 2019 and they have next day delivery, unbelievable I have been in home building for over 30 years and don't understand how a company like worst mechanical inc stays in business!!

I used them for a few years to service 5 units. I had questions about an invoice and they were offended by my lack of understanding a few months ago. Tried to have them service another unit and called on friday. I was told they were coming Saturday and they never showed. Our heat was not working in the winter! I never received a call and was told it was a miscommunication. I called twice on Saturday with no response. I finally terminated our relationship on Monday when they were supposed to show at 12 and by 2 I still have not heard from them. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service.

Had Best out for two issues: oil furnace cleaning and a water leak on the hot water pipe leaving the water heater. They arrived on time. Did the repair properly and for a fair price. Both employees who came to my residence were courteous and informative. No mess when they left. I have used them in the past with the same positive results. I highly recommend this local business.

Received excellent service from Jose today. He called ahead to say he would be about 10 min late due to a meeting. He arrived on time, completing a total inspection of my cooling system, provided information and other products offered which would help me and reviewed with me everything done upon completion. Great Service.

I just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Sierra Heating & Air Conditioning. My technicians were Jose and Alex. They were both professional, efficient and kind throughout the process, and my new units are working perfectly. They even went ahead and gave me great tips on how to maintain the units for better performance. This amazing 5-star service is why I recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs and will continue to do so in the future.

Jose came out today to service our A/C and was great. He did an excellent job and was also very polite, professional, and gave us great tips to extend the life of our units. He was also very detailed in explaining his recommendations for other services we may need in the future.I fully recommend Sierra Heating & Air Conditioning.
