My go to source for HVAC work. William and James were patient and persistent figuring out issue on my older furnace. Charges were very reasonable and It was a pleasure to work them.

Woke up and furnace was not running and the temperature outside was dropping. Called Turlington HVAC and they scheduled a technician to arrive in one hour. The technician called and said he would be heading my way in 30 minutes. As it turned out my furnace started to work upon the arrival of the technicians. Although the unit was working they said while we are hear let up look over the system’s operation. They removed a couple parts and cleaned them and restarted the furnace a number of times and the system never misfired as it did earlier. Technicians said it’s working well now…I asked what I owed them for service call and they said “no charge”. With that said I’d recommend Turlington to my family and friends.

Turlington is the BEST company around in our opinion. We found them on google in 2013 when we bought our very first house. They replaced an AC unit when it was stolen during the escrow, it was done promptly and efficiently. Since then we moved to an 1890 farm house in which they serviced the furnace, and now a 1901 that had a hydronic system and broken boiler not used in 20 years. They provided exemplary service and top notch professionalism throughout the entire process of installing the new high efficiency boiler, old boiler removal, leak and pressure checks on the very many old pipes and radiators. We could not be happier with our service and will continue to recommend Turlington to anyone who is looking for heating and air services.

William has been to my house twice for service calls. He is honest and genuinely looks out for us.

A competitor tried to tell us we needed to replace our entire system. William came and fixed it with minimal cost. That was over a year ago.

He recently came out again and was able to diagnose an issue that was simple, but easy to miss. Turlington has my trust.

We have had problems with a leaking boiler. Our first experience with Turlington was positive. They came quickly and seemed to fix the issue. A few weeks later a leak developed in a different area. It took multiple phone calls and repeated no-shows over several weeks to finally get them to come. A month or so after this second repair the boiler began to leak from the same joint that they had repaired. Once again I made numerous phone calls and was promised they would return multiple times. They never showed up and never called to tell me they weren't coming. After much aggravation and the loss of $300, I called another plumber. Extremely unreliable and dishonest. They obviously do not stand behind their work.

The new ceiling feels like a breath of fresh air.

Editing our review: After just 30 days post repair, the AC unit quit. We called Turlington again to have a technician come back to the house. They scheduled us an appointment for the following Tuesday. Unfortunately (just like the previous time), no technician called or showed up. The first time this happened, we called and technicians came to the house quickly. This time, after no-showing twice, we called another company to service the unit. We really wanted to like Turlington (and they are always nice), but if you don’t have the ability to take on new clients, please just say so. Don’t waste our time waiting for several days, only to have to schedule an appointment with another company. We understand that scheduling issues come up. But, this happened twice and no one called us to explain the no-show.

Original post: Our experience with Turlington was positive. After a minor misunderstanding about scheduling, the technicians arrived in just 20 minutes! They quickly assessed the issue, made the repair, and performed some general maintenance. We were very impressed with their quick and thorough work! Aside from their fantastic work, the costs were extremely reasonable! We would definitely call Turlington again, and we would definitely recommend their services. Very impressed!

Having a new thermostat professionally installed made a world of difference. The technician was punctual, showing up just when expected, and took less than an hour to finish the job. He explained the features thoroughly, ensuring I felt confident using it. The entire experience was seamless and left me feeling valued as a customer.
