Liana cleaned my main sewer drain line clog, pulled toilet, unclogged the line. He gave me a 6 month warranty, explained the issue. He was very friendly and informative. I will definitely call again.

Mr. Liana got back to me immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. This was not an emergency. The price was half of what I received from a larger plumbing company. Great job. Top quality.

I can't recommend them enough. I had a storm drain issue that Rotorooter simply could not fix and charged way too much for.

He came out promptly. Identified the issue. And fixed everything in less than an hour. This is after I dealt with the other company for hours over multiple visits.

We had a small leak in our ceiling that was coming from the upstairs bathroom so we called Liana to come check it out. He came over about 2 hrs later and It only took him a couple of minutes to show us that something in the shower was not caulked properly and was causing the leak downstairs. He recommended we just caulk it on our own and didn't charge us for anything, not even a quick service call. He was honest and professional and we will definitely call him for any plumbing services in the future.

Mr. Liana is very professional. He arrived within 2 hours of my call, worked efficiently, and gave me tips to prevent the problem from occurring again. I would use his services again and recommend him to others.

They resolved the plumbing issue, but overcharged by over $150 dollars compared to other small plumbing businesses. I was able to reduce the price, but still significantly over priced. For this reason, I do not recommend.

So professional! So fast! Called him today at 1, got me in at 4 (who does that?!?!?!) Came, assessed the damage, told me its my main line not just the tub drain.. :( gave me a quote, so reasonable!! But I rent so i definitely had the call the landlord. Unfortunately didn't use his service because they wanted to use their own people (totally understand) then he didn't even charge me! I run my own businesses and can definitely say, 10/10 recommend. Lived up to the reviews!! They definitely speak volumes!! He cares and is very passionate about his work.

Mr. Liana was able to fit me in the same day I called! He was very professional, wore booties to keep my floors clean and he assessed the issue with the leak very efficiently. He had the parts to repair and did so quickly with a fair price! I would definitely highly recommend this business.

Mr. Liana has been great to work with. He is easy to schedule with and communicative. He is knowledgeable about what our options are. For instance, he recommended we do nothing for a small shower handle leak (I appreciate someone who recommends what’s best for us, rather than trying to push for a project we’re better off without). The work he has done for us has been prompt, fairly priced, and well done. Highly recommend!

I was in a bind when my 3 year old flushed something down my toilet. I called and he was here within 30 minutes and was out of my house in 20. Toilet is fixed. His service and communication is exceptional.

2nd time using these guys. Fixed my hot water heater. Came in a hour and got it back up and running in no time.

He came the same day and he fixed my all house filter in an hour. My whole basement was flooded. He saved me a couple hundred dollars. I felt safe he was very professional and got the job done. Definitely call if you live in Pikesville. He is a decent hard working very skilled man.

Ira was a real pleasure to work with. Worked patiently and diligently until the job was done. Took the time to explain everything and provide tips to prevent issues in the future. Very polite and respectful.

Ira did a great job fixing a leak I had in my bath tub. He was able to find a cheaper and less time consuming alternative and we decided on that option. The original time quote was 5 hours and he was complete in alil over 2 hours. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing concerns.

Although the issues I was having were unable to be resolved safely the same day, Ira was highly professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. I feel confident that the issues will be resolved correctly.
