Ira was awesome! Explained everything that is going to be done with a toilet replacement, including costs and parts. Would highly recommend! UPDATE! Ira came back and installed our toilet this morning after our contractor fixed our flooring. Very Professional and would highly recommend!

I was super happy with my Benjamin Franklin plumber, Ira Miller! He helped me problem solve what was causing the slow leak - ended up being an old, over filling toilet without a wax seal. He was able to replace it with a new toilet and wax seal. Ira was friendly, professional and hard working!

Probably a bit overpriced... but they were up front about the cost and (1) he arrived in under 24hrs on the weekwnd, (2) the work was completed quickly and professionally, and (3) he was both very knowledgeable and courteous throughout. I would recommend Ira and Benjamin Franklin to my freinds.

Ira was fabulous. He was incredibly thorough and corrected multiple problems with the original installation of the water heater. In addition, he provided us with contacts to a water damage restoration company to clean up the water damage caused by the improper installation. If all of your employees were as efficient, thorough and caring as Ira you would have an incredible work force.
