Bethesda Contracting is the best. We used them for two renovations. Carlos Alfaro was the head team member for our last renovation. He his smart, dedicated, easy to work with and best of all, so knowledgeable about all the aspects of a renovation. We have not used Bethesda Contracting since our renovation because there has been no need. Everything they did has held up so well Carlos was such an important part of all of this. I could not recommend Carlos or Bethesda Contracting more highly.

Bethesda Contracting did a superb job renovating our kitchen. Mike THiede was great, but so too was Carlos Alfaro, one of the senior carpenters. Carlos was at our house almost every day for the project. he is highly skilled, and very personable. my wife and i love him!

We hired Bethesda Contracting to do what became a complete overhaul of the second floor of our house. The scope involved fully redoing two bathrooms (including the primary), adding a laundry room, adding a heat pump and running ductwork, and expanding a walk-in closet including significant structural work. To add to the project’s complexity, we had a tight, non-negotiable deadline because we were expecting our second child.

The project couldn’t have gone better, thanks entirely to the professionalism and conscientiousness of Mike Thiede, Mark Okolita, and their team at Bethesda Contracting. They not only accommodated the project’s evolving scope within our schedule, they were instrumental in helping us make hundreds of decisions throughout the renovation. Their craftsmanship was excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the work. Every detail was executed in line with our expectations. The house looks and feels exactly the way we had hoped.

Throughout the process, the BC team went above and beyond. We moved home a week before our son was born (early), and on the day he arrived, there were probably ten workmen in the house working hard to complete punch list items who stayed until 10pm that night to make the house ready for our return. After we came home, they were exceptionally thoughtful and conscientious as they completed every single item on the list, down to the smallest detail.

Maybe the most notable aspect of our experience came a few weeks ago, during a terrible heat wave. My wife was home alone with an 18-mo old and a 3-mo old, while I was traveling. The new heat pump suddenly stopped working, and temperatures rapidly rose in my sons’ bedrooms. My wife called Mike (the owner of Bethesda Contracting) at 7pm in a panic. He was at our doorstep 30 minutes later, working in our 105+ degree attic until after 11pm.

My sense of gratitude to Mike and Bethesda Contracting is way beyond that of a satisfied homeowner following a significant renovation. The whole team went way above and beyond to make our house a home. In the process, they earned our deep appreciation and esteem. Needless to say, we could not recommend them more highly.

Bethesda Contracting exceeded all of our expectations. Their team was receptive and creative, they kept to the schedule, and the end result is absolute perfection. We can’t even believe it’s our kitchen! This is our second project with them and it will not be our last.

Bethesda Contracting renovated our bathroom beautifully. The estimate of the time required was pretty good, the charges were clear and fair, the workmanship was excellent, and as always, the people were extremely friendly and helpful. We have used them for years.

Bethesda Contracting did a wonderful job with our home renovation, which included the kitchen, laundry room, powder room, and master bathroom. The design process was valuable because they took time to understand our style and functional needs, and made suggestions for tile and finishes, within our budget. They explained the construction process thoroughly before starting any demolition, and also provided weekly updates for what to expect for the upcoming week, which helped us plan accordingly. The entire renovation was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. We really appreciated how professional all the contractors and subcontractors were, and how they cleaned all work spaces each day. We love the results, and highly recommend Bethesda Contracting.

Great experience working with Next City Services & Contracting LLC , I reached out to them for someone to execute a REAC inspection. They were experts in inspecting my properties top to bottom to note deficiencies and did all necessary repairs. Highly recommend their services for any and all property needs!

Fantastic interior designer!!! She was referred to me by a close friend and colleague whose office was designed by her. She had done an amazing job there and did the same at my office. I could not be any happier.

The layout was completely changed to give us a functional kitchen--placement of appliances and sufficient space for "traffic. Working with cabinet company to accommodate for all kinds of storage space. Lighting above the cabinets are an added feature, which we love. Bita's bold suggestion to expand our kitchen window has brought in so much light and have added beauty to our kitchen. We also love the split level island.

Bita has designed two residential projects for me. Her work is excellent, and I recommend her company to anyone who is looking for an artistic touch with attention to detail within any size budget.

We hired Bita Salehi (iidesign) to design the space for our Neurology practices. She was so helpful from start to finish and we were extremely impressed with the work she did for us. She took care of all the arrangements such as, drawing up the office layout and picking out art and images for the walls. She would listen carefully to what we wanted for the space such as color, lay out and functionality needs. She designed the space with professionalism in mind. Most recently, we had a small office with 5 rooms, a waiting area and a front desk area to work on. We wanted the office space to feel open and inviting to our patients but also to be functional for our everyday work. She made some fantastic suggestions to work with specific colors and materials in order to make the space feel larger and sophisticated. She handled everything from start to finish which made the challenging process seem effortless.

Bita goes above and beyond for her clients and has a gift for taking our ideas and vision and making sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed from the space. We were immensely impressed by her extensive design and architectural knowledge as well as her creative thinking. She was easy to work with and was always very professional in her communication with us. We felt seen and heard during each interaction with her. We always felt comfortable in sharing our ideas with her and were confident in her ability to execute our vision. Her attention to detail shows she takes pride in her work and will give any project her upmost effort and attention. Overall, our office looks great and they are exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to start a project from scratch or to just get an insightful, new perspective on a space.
